All our prices include standard installation and commissioning. Please note that price excludes power, data. If required, the client will provide EWP equipment and induction on site.
Warranty
Lymlive standard manufacturers warranty is 2 years for all LED Products and 3 years for all LCD products. The warranty can be extended up to 5 years (additional 10% of hardware cost per extra year)
Quality assurance standards
Standard warranty (based on standard price): each LED screen panel (regardless of area) has ≥ 4pcs separated defective pixels, or 2pcs continuous defective pixels.
Lymlive will provision up to 10% spare parts for immediate replacement. The spare parts will be stored in our warehouse or at the clients’ designated location.

● Shipping by sea freight can take up to 28 days
● Optional Air Freight will reduce the shipping time frame to 7 days
Installation / Commissioning
● Site readiness is required prior to commissioning
● Direct liaison with builder, shop fitter and electrician is recommended
● Client training on Lymlive can be organised during the installation or after 1-5
