Microsuction self-pay service now available at Tollgate Clinic We are excited to announce that appointments for our gold standard Microsuction service are now offered at Tollgate Clinic.

Appointments cost £60, can be booked directly by patients and are usually available within a few days.

We would like to reassure referrers and service users that we have carefully considered national and PHE guidance and have put appropriate measures in place to protect both our staff and patients. Our friendly team will continue to welcome patients and make them feel comfortable during their visit.

Minor Skin Surgery – Self-pay Service We are currently offering virtual assessments for Minor Skin Lesions (£50) and treatment or surgery for the following:

> Moles and Skin Tags > Cysts > Lipomas > Spider naevi > Warts

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome We continue to offer our CTS Service to NHS patients in North East Essex. Patients can be referred with uncertain diagnosis, for surgery (after appropriate conservative treatment by the GP), or injection where the GP Practice does not have adequate resources for provision of injections. Referrals can be made by email or through the e-RS.

Assessments are normally available in less than 2 weeks.

We are also able to offer this as a self-pay service.

Treatment is charged according to the duration of the appointment (£200 for 15 mins, £350 for 30 mins).

> We also offer Pain Relief injections

Patients do not need a GP referral for these services.

Vasectomy – Self-pay Service Self-pay appointments for surgery can be booked directly by the patient and cost £430 (including Post Vasectomy Semen Analysis). Appointments are 30 minutes, include the pre-assessment, patients can return home straight after their appointment and usually return to work a couple of days after the procedure.
