Fundacion Honoris Causa (FHC) is a non-governmental organization based in Mexico. As a global, civil organisation, FHC consists of civic and diplomatic committees and academics from different universities.
FHC has the official university designation and is chartered by the Secretary of Public Education in Mexico, to grant honorary titles such as Doctor Honoris Causa.
FHC, as a cross-cultural and cross-border philanthropic institution, is driven by broad social sensitivity and is fully dedicated to enhancing society and making the world a better place for all people.
FHC rewards people active in social, educational, cultural, artistic, scientific, technological, religious, philosophical and sports initiatives with the FHC medal for their selfless contribution to humanity, society and mankind.
In addition, FHC rewards exceptional performers with the title of Doctor Honoris Causa
We are a global entity with an international board of 30 FCH presidents in 20 countries on four continents.
Our chapter presidents are in: Americas: Mexico (8 chapters), USA (5 chapters) Panama, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina; Europe: Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, and The Netherlands; Asia: India and Nepal; Africa: Equatorial Guinea.
We were founded in 2007 with a mission: to break down the barriers that kept thousands of workers from accessing education.

Dr Tardelli has a degree in Art History from CEDART Bellas Artes, a diploma in government, management, and public policies from CIDE, a diploma in Applied Economics from the University of Guanajuato, and a diploma in negotiation, mediation, and agreement construction from CIDE.
In 2016, he founded the civil association, Honoris Causa International Foundation, with Dr. Enrique Michel Velasco in Guadalajara.
He was a member of the board of the Mexican American Chamber of Commerce in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, an advisor to the Mexican Civic Society in Illinois, United States, and coordinator of Honour and Justice for the Hispanic Communities Council in the United States.
I hereby award the Ibero-American Medal of Honoris Causa Foundation in April 2021 to Dolores Huerta, American trade unionist, co-founder and first vice president emeritus of the Agricultural Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO.
Enrique Navarro is the vice president of FHC and Rector of Universidad Santander.
He has a strong academic foundation with a Master's in Orthodontics, a Master's in Teaching and Research and a Doctorate in Education Sciences.
His career spans diverse fields, combining his expertise as a dentist with his passion for teaching andhis role as government advisor and strategist, contributing to policy development and political campaigns in Latin America.
As Rector of Universidad Santander, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the university's reach and influence. He is recognized for his efforts in integrating education with practical applications, bridging the gap between academia and real-world challenges His leadership has had a lasting impact on the institutions he serves and the communities they support.

Universidad Santander will grant Doctor Honoris Causa degrees to three persons for their outstanding work and contribution to the (global) society.
Fundacion Honoris Causa The Netherlands, chapter of Fundacion Honoris Causa International in Mexico, will award the Agents of Change Award to ten distinguished individuals, each with an outstanding contribution to Society and Humanity

Dewanand Mahadew is a distinguished international expert whose career seamlessly bridges academic excellence practical business, and society innovation.
Born in Nickerie, Suriname, he has built an exceptionally diversified academic foundation to materialize his passion to make meaningful impacts. He has master degrees in process engineering, industrial management, and business management, and Doctorate degree in strategic management.
As Professor of International Business and Strategic Management at UBIS University in Geneva and the Dean of International Business Development Academy, Mahadew has shaped the minds of many students, emerging leaders and executives. Mahadew is the inventor of five patents in chemical engineering
His global perspective drawn from project experience across more than 60 countries helps bridge cultural and industryspecific gaps, thereby promoting inclusive strategies that benefit diverse communities
His work helps organizations to navigate complex market dynamics, innovate their processes, and establish sustainable practices. He dedicates his time to foster macro-economic developments in developing countries and to empower individuals and organizations to implement innovative and sustainable solutions in an increasingly interconnected world.
Adriana Flores is the Founder and Executive Director of ProtocolToday in The Hague. She is a renowned expert and trainer in international protocol, international diplomacy, cultural intelligence and soft skills.
Adriana was born in Mexico City and holds a Master of Arts in Protocol and Diplomatic Soft Skills, as well as a postgraduate degree in Protocol and Ceremonial from the International School of Protocol and Diplomacy in Belgium.
Her work is dedicated to refining the subtleties of diplomatic interactions and business etiquette, ensuring that professionals across various sectors can navigate global cultural nuances with confidence and respect.
She has trained many diplomats and ambassadors in mastering the details of soft diplomacy and improving there performance in representing there respective nations in foreign countries.
In addition to her operational roles, Adriana holds influential positions as President of FHCI in The Netherlands and as President of Iberoamericanas (FHC). Her leadership and expertise have been recognised with accolades such as the 2021 Ibero-American Medal, awarded by FHCI a testament to her significant contributions to the field of protocol and soft diplomacy
Luis Fishman Zonzinski has contributed to Costa Rican society through a series of influential roles that have strengthened the nation’s political institutions, enhanced public security, and fostered democratic accountability.
His multifaceted commitment to improving the social fabric of Costa Rica, includes serving multiple terms as a deputy and notably as President of the Legislative Assembly. He has played a crucial role in modernizing legislative practices
As Minister of Public Security and Governance, Fishman Zonzinski was instrumental in implementing policies designed to ensure a secure and orderly environment. By setting standards for law enforcement and revising public safety protocols, his initiatives laid the groundwork for a more stable society a critical factor for social well-being and economic progress.
His tenure contributed to creating an atmosphere where citizens could thrive, businesses could invest with confidence, and communities felt safer in their everyday lives.

His powerful voice and emotional delivery have earned him recognition both in Mexico and internationally As a lead vocalist for "Tierra Caliente," he has helped the group achieve widespread acclaim, contributing to their reputation as one of the leading mariachi ensembles.
Under Ramón's leadership, "Tierra Caliente" has released several successful albums that feature traditional mariachi music infused with contemporary elements.
Ramon Balderas has played a vital role in promoting Mexican culture through music. His performances often highlight traditional mariachi attire and instruments, helping to preserve the cultural heritage associated with this genre.
By participating in festivals and cultural events, he has brought mariachi music to a broader audience, fostering appreciation for this vital aspect of Mexican identity With his work, he has made a very significant contribution to the promotion of Mexican culture as an ambassador, and his achievements fit entirely into the mission of FHC.
Lia is a visionary entrepreneur and founder of United Producers of Mexico (UPM), an organisation dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation within the agricultural sector in Mexico.
UPM serves the community by providing education and training. In addition, they offer resources and training opportunities to help producers enhance their skills and knowledge. Furthermore, UPM supports local farmers by facilitating connections between producers and markets, improving sales and distribution channels.
Under Lia's leadership, UPM has made significant progress in transforming Mexico's agricultural landscape. Some of her notable contributions include her activities as a strong advocate for policies that support small and medium-sized producers, ensuring their voices are heard in governmental discussions
Through her leadership, UPM continues to empower producers, promote sustainable practices, and drive innovation, ensuring a brighter future for agriculture in Mexico - a goal that fully aligns with the mission of FHC
H.E. Dr. Idrissa Doucouré Entrepreneur, Visionary Leader & Capacity Builder SENEGAL
Mr. Idrissa Doucouré is a transformer dedicated to the advancement of Africa As the Executive President of the Global Council for Business & Investments for Africa (GCIB), he exemplifies innovation, resilience, and commitment essential for driving meaningful change. He stands for resilience and the pursuit of excellence. He has a BSc. in hydro-agricultural engineering, an MBA and an MPhil in climate variability
Mr. Doucouré has served diplomat to UN General Secretary Assembly and has worked in rural Africa on constructing infrastructure benefiting local farmers and communities. His leadership roles at UNICEF, Japanese cooperation, and WaterAid in England were instrumental in fostering international collaborations and investments. He is currently Ambassador for Special Affairs for Senegal to UnASDG.
He has served on boards of global organizations in the USA, The Netherlands, Africa and the UK and has been recognised with prestigious honours, including the Knight of the National Order of Merit of Faso and Officer of the Order of African Redemption of Liberia.
With GCIB he focuses on innovative solutions and sustainable growth that empowers individuals and communities. He inspires others to become engaged in civic activities, collaborate creatively, and contribute to the well-being of disadvantaged populations, embodying the very essence of the FHC's mission to make the world a better place for all.
Public Leader & Cultural Ambassador COSTA RICA
Aída Faingezicht Waisleder served as Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports and Minister of Tourism in Costa Rica. She was instrumental in shaping national cultural policy, promoting the arts, and nurturing young talent.
Aída has also served as Deputy of the Costa Rican Legislative Assembly. Her legislative work contributed to media, culture, and arts discussions and policy-making.
She has been deeply involved in the promotion of Costa Rican culture and the arts and has chaired the Boards of several key cultural institutions that plays a pivotal role in organizing cultural events and programs serving as the commissioner for initiatives like the Discovery of America and press freedom in the Legislative Assembly, media freedom and strengthening democracy
On the global stage, Aída served as Vice President of the UNESCO Executive Council from 1995 t0 1997 and contributed to international cultural diplomacy and promotion of global cultural cooperation
She was awarded the Gran Cruz de la Orden de Isabel la Católica in 1991, a prestigious honors, highlighting her dedication to fostering cultural exchanges and enhancing humanistic values

Xhonane Geallad is a remarkable entrepreneur in Portugal, celebrated for her resilience and determination in the competitive business world As the owner of five McDonald's franchises, she has demonstrated her business acumen and ability to overcome challenges and inspire others.
Xhonane's journey started with a single McDonald's franchise, where she quickly established a reputation for excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Her commitment to quality and community engagement led to the successful expansion of her business, resulting in the acquisition of two additional franchises. This growth reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision for the brand
She is deeply committed to the community through active participation in local initiatives, supporting various charitable organisations and youth programs. Her dedication and efforts to give back to the community makes her a role model for aspiring entrepreneurs in Portugal.

Entrepreneur & Cultural Ambassador
Palomares is a Mexican entrepreneur, a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and lives in Switzerland since 2007. She has introduced various authentic Mexican products in Switzerland and is active in other sectors to strengthen the bond between Mexico and Switzerland through gastronomy
She is the organizer of "Viva México!" Week in Freiburg, an annual event celebrating Mexican culture, music, and cuisine. She actively participates in high-profile culinary and business festivals, including those organized by Latin American and Caribbean Countries, together with the city of Bern and the Latin American embassies in Switzerland.
She was recognized in Dubai with the Taco de Oro award in 2023 for bringing flavors of Mexico to the world, and in 2024 as Ambassador for Mexican Chefs for the World, Switzerland, and Mexican Entrepreneurs for the World.
Pilar participates in entrepreneurship roundtables for Mexican Migrant Women in Europe, organized by the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
She is member of the Food and Nutrition Cluster in Switzerland and ambassador for several Mexican brands, boosting their positioning in the Swiss market.

Dowlatram Ramlal was born in Nickerie, a rural area in Suriname, South America, as a descendant of Indian immigrants He started his life journey on the rice fields in Nickerie and studied psychology at the University of Leiden in The Netherlands.
He has held several management and leadership positions in reputable organisations and demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision.
He was the first person, with an ethnic background, to serve as Alderman of the city of The Hague. After that, he became the first ethnic person in The Netherlands to become a Member of Parliament in the Netherlands
In addition, Ramlal has served as governor and board member of several public and NGO organisations in The Netherlands, Suriname, India and other countries.
He has dedicated more than 25 years to the disabled, elderly children with less perspectives.
Ramlal has received various awards including Royal distinction from The Netherlands, second highest Knight of the National Order of Merit from the Republic Suriname, and distinction awards by The Hague and Rotterdam
