This is our most comprehensive Daytime service and was designed to work in conjunction with your chosen CRM. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Our dedicated resource service for your daytime property management will add extra ‘hands-on-deck’ , to support with tenant and contractor liaison, job scheduling, maintenance triage and much more. By removing the ‘front line’ tenant issue management from your property management team, it will provide you more time to deliver a better quality higher level of service to your clients.

React and reply to any incoming maintenance tickets on your FixFlo/CRM

Triage and trouble shoot the issue, using our video triaging tool where necessary

We’ll escalate to your Asset Managers

Log all calls via your FixFlo/CRM for complete visibility

Arrange contractor call outs if necessary

Confirm attendance with both tenants and contractors

Follow up with contractors for feedback and reports

Reach out to tenants after completion of work to ensure satisfaction

Work on any compliance tasks like Gas Safety Certificates (CP12), EICRs

Provide complete call/job reports for you, and your Landlord’s records

A member of the team will be part of regular meetings to stay up to date on everything that’s happening with the business as well as take on feedback to further improve the service
