The Unilateral Termination of Agreement Form on our website can be completed and sent electronically to us. A confirmation of the receipt of the Unilateral Termination of Agreement Notice shall be delivered, without undue delay, by e-mail. INSTRUCTIONS ON THE UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT PROCEDURE The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement, without stating any reason of termination, within 14 days from the date on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer obtained the possession of the goods. In order to be able to exercise its right to unilaterally terminate the agreement, the customer is obliged to inform PROJECT-TRADE d.o.o. about its decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement before expiry of the deadline by using the Unilateral Termination of Agreement Form or by sending an unequivocal statement in which he expresses his willingness to terminate the agreement by mail, telefax or e-mail (stating the name and surname, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address and the number of the agreement/order being terminated by the customer). In case of the unilateral termination of the agreement, the customer bears the direct costs related to the return of the goods, and is further committed to return the goods to PROJECT-TRADE d.o.o. undamaged, without undue delay, through a provider of postal services, together with the invoice, not later than 14 days after having submitted a decision on the unilateral termination of the agreement to the seller. The customer shall be considered to have fulfilled his obligations in due time if having sent the goods to the seller before expiry of the above mentioned deadline. The customer is responsible for any impairment of the goods value resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. PROJECT-TRADE d.o.o. undertakes, without undue delay, not later than 14 days after having received the customer's Unilateral Termination of Agreement Notice, to reimburse the customer the amount he had paid, but not before the goods are returned. The amount will be reimbursed in the same way in which the customer had effected payment. In case the goods returned by the customer are damaged and not suitable for resale, PROJECT-TRADE d.o.o. is not obliged to accept the return of such goods. In case the value of the goods is impaired due to the customer’s handling of the goods, PROJECT-TRADE d.o.o. is entitled to a proportionate reduction of the amount to be returned to the customer.
