1. The new ITIL 4 Certification Scheme The ITIL 4 Certification Scheme will be composed by the following modules: ● ITIL Foundation ● ITIL Specialist (3 modules) ● ITIL Strategist ● ITIL Leader ● ITIL Master The new ITIL 4 scheme will be characterized by two different designation streams: ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP) and ITIL Strategic Leader (ITIL SL). Both streams have been designed to help organizations meet the increasing demand from the current complex digital environment allowing them to have an in-depth knowledge of the core service management domains and of the IT strategy. When the new ITIL version, ITIL 4, will be released? ITIL 4 Foundation: February, 28, 2019 Modules ITIL Specialist, Strategist and Leader: 2019, second quarter. ITIL Master: further details will come.
