Cohort of Defence Forces personnel. All applicants had a L7 qualification & extensive experiential learning.
RPL provided an alternative path to demonstrate suitability.
Applicants were supported by a Defence Forces officer, with oversight from the Defence Forces Registrar.
Meetings were held with the RPL Project Lead, Lifelong Learning Department, and Business Faculty academics.
The applicants created portfolios aligned with NFQ Level 8 indicators.
Applicants granted Entry RPL enabled experienced professionals to gain entry to the programme and have their learning recognised.
