Take a look at our new look Theatre Bar area! During January the foyer areas were given a much needed facelift. New wood panelling has replaced the older wood which matches the auditorium. In addition the Theatre Bar has been given a new frontage. I am sure that you will agree that the works have vastly improved the design of the bar area.

‘I am the Technical and Stage Manager for The Princess Theatre responsible for not only everything you see on the stage but also the Martyn Jenkins fabric of the building. There is no doubt that some of the productions we put on are a huge challenge technically but with the fantastic team that we have here we always manage to pull it off in the end. As the strap line on my e-mail says “Happy to be in Show Business!”’
‘I am a Front of House Supervisor and this year I am most looking forward to seeing Wonderland, as I’ve never seen it before and I can’t wait to see the Christine Bettridge costumes. I’m also really looking forward to Dirty Dancing as I’ve seen the film many times and it’ll be interesting to see what it looks like on our stage. I love working in the theatre – there’s no part of it that I don’t enjoy - but the highlight for me each year is the Pantomime, when I get to become Fairy Christine and welcome all the children to the show.’
