The last week of November sees the TOPS Musical production of White Christmas with the That’ll Be The Day Christmas Show, Vienna Festival Ballet’s Nutcracker and the Royal Marines Christmas Spectacular all following hot on the heels. Our family pantomime this year is Sleeping Beauty and in celebration of this premiere production we are getting into the full pantomime cheer with Pyjama Fridays! Yes, if you fancy watching the pantomime in the comfort of your pyjamas then come along to any performance held on a Friday and you will be in good company. The award winning Toads Stage Musical Company return to the Princess Theatre following their smash hit success with Sister Act in June 2014. They are pleased to be presenting another brand new release for regional theatre groups - Legally Blonde and will be the first group in the South West and only the 4th in the country to present this show. With music and Lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Neil Benjamin, based on the movie of the same name starring Reece Witherspoon, this is a feel good musical full of fun and laughter and suitable for the entire family. Sorority star Elle Woods doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer. So when her boyfriend dumps her for someone ‘serious’, Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before: Harvard Law. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style. Toads are pleased to have the same production team that brought you the fabulous Sister Act, and promise another evening of top class musical theatre entertainment.
