Sat 1st & Sun 2nd June 12noon-4.30pm VINTAGE & RETRO FESTIVAL Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens, Mowbray Park & City Centre. On Saturday enjoy the Vintage Market, a vibrant shopping experience with over 20 locally based independent vintage & retro businesses selling vintage clothing, accessories, home wares & crafts. Why not dress up in your best vintage clothes & get your photo taken. There will be dance & beauty demonstrations throughout the day, a scooter & vintage vehicle display on the park terrace & music in the bandstand. On Sunday there will be scooter &vintage car displays along Roker & Seaburn Seafront with music in Roker Park. Fri 14th – Sun 16th June SUNDERLAND FESTIVAL Herrington Country Park, Penshaw DH4 7EL Friday night's fun (6-10pm) will

include an open air movie screening of Mamma Mia, a fun fair & a food village. Saturday is a day of sports activities for everyone to get involved in including cycling, dancing, American football, boxing & much more. There’ll also be a food village & fun fair. On Sunday the focus is on arts & crafts, with opportunities for families of all ages to get involved in something creative. There’ll be a giant picnic rug for families to enjoy a rest or a picnic, as well as giant outdoor games like jenga & chess, a food village, fun fair, live music & kite flying.
