TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED PROCEDURE
CUSTOMER

01
STATEMENT
Primary Connect+ statement.

Primary Connect+ has an established temperature-controlled transport network with the largest reach in Australia and New Zealand.
Our cold chain management processes and systems have been refined over decades and remain consistent with industry standards, ensuring sensitive products are delivered fresh and food-safe.
Primary Connect+ (PC+) is responsible for maintaining cold chain integrity from the point of collection to the nominated delivery destination.
The PC+ driver requires site access at the collection point to perform temperature checks to verify products are being supplied at the correct temperature.
PC+ customers are responsible for ensuring their products are at the correct temperature prior to and during the loading process.
The Customer will be solely responsible for any temperature rejections where the collection site does not have temperature controlled loading docks or does not allow:
+ Driver access to perform temperature checks.
+ Drivers to be part of the loading process.
PC+ will not recognise any claim where conclusive evidence validates the temperature controlled procedure was adhered to and supporting documentation by way of temperature recordings and trailer/container download is provided.
