Shannon has driven a 283% improvement on CI budget.

Shannon demonstrates a strong focus on process design and improvement, and thinks in a way that is data-driven and fact-based.

Adelaide RDC Foodbank Award Winner

ARDC increased their donations to Foodbank by 68% whilst also reducing damages relative to outbound volume by 42% on the previous year.

Peter Lardner Community Award Winner

Peter won this award as he continually showcased his passion for making a difference in the community. He has participated in various events to support charitable causes and had multiple successful fundraising efforts this year.

Wodonga RDC Community Award Winner

Wodonga hold various fundraisers throughout the year to great success, including fundraising for the City to City fun run and coordinates a Christmas Wishing Tree on site each year.

Tayla Hensley Rob Smiles C1C Award Winner

Tayla shows exceptional dedication to providing quality insights and thoughtful choices to our leaders, ensuring their commercial decisions are made based on the most accurate data.

Dean Willett Chief Supply Chain Officer Award Winner

Dean has shown true dedication to understanding the intricacies of our operations, collaborating with many teams, and deploying projects to every site across the country.

Stacey Randles Operations Rising Star Award Winner

Stacey involves her team in teambuilding activities centred around the 1 Life Lifelines, where they draw on personal experiences making the connection between work and home life.

Dani Blokland Operations Leader of the Year Award Winner

Dani anticipates the ever-changing landscape of our business by referencing historical trends and utilising relationships within Primary Connect and the greater business to help navigate the challenges of her relatively new Heathwood site.
