The Kimberley Adventurer (KA12) departing from Broome, comprehensively explores the Kimberley region over a 12-day period.
Immerse yourself within the authentic Australian outback. Discover the ancient Devonian reef system that is Bandilngan (Windjana Gorge) where we camp for the first night. Dimalurru (Tunnel Creek), a 750 metre cave system was ‘Jandamarra’s’ hideout and you will see why he could not be found for many years. Hike to Dalmanyi (Bell Gorge) and view the beautiful, tiered waterfall and enjoy a refreshing swim. We enjoy two nights camped by the river at Mt Barnett Station, visiting Manning Falls and Galvan’s Gorge.
Spend three nights at El Questro Station, hike into Amalia Gorge, El Questro Gorge, Emma Gorge, watch the sunset at Pigeon Hole and soak your well-travelled body in the warm waters and oasis that is Zebedee Springs, with optional El Questro Champagne Chamberlain Gorge Cruise.
An additional option includes a scenic flight from El Questro Station to Mitchell Falls to experience a drive, walk, swim and helicopter flight over the tiered falls.
Discover Wyndham, Parry’s Lagoon, Kununurra, the Ord River, Lake Argyle with two nights at Kimberleyland Caravan Park on the banks of Lake Kununurra.
Visit the World Heritage Listed Purnululu National Park and the Bungle Bungle Ranges. Cathedral Gorge, Piccaninny Creek, the Domes Walk and Echidna Chasm are all on the list, with an optional helicopter flight to see it all from above.
We travel through Halls Creek to Fitzroy Crossing, where the final night is at an exclusive Adventure Wild campsite, literally camped by a billabong on a working cattle station, before returning to Cable Beach and Broome.
