Household tips Good sort tips: • Rinse your containers before you recycle • Only hard plastics in the yellow recycling bin • Don’t bag your recycling – throw it in loose • Your green bin is for everything compostable such as your lawn clippings, leaves, prunings. Even your dirty pizza boxes and paper! • All clothes in the red waste bin or take them to the Op Shop if they are still in good condition • Take your electronic waste to the Community Recycling Centre If in doubt, please contact your local Council for more information.
