honda Shear is an actress, TV personality, and comedienne turned designer who created the supportive shapewear line, Rhonda Shear Intimates. She provides intimates and shapewear that reflect her belief that “Behind every great woman, is a great behind” and “Beauty comes in all sizes.” Rhonda was inspired by her years in front of the camera as an actress/ comedienne. She is best known as the hostess of “USA: Up All Night.” She has written one book, “Up All Night: From Hollywood Bombshell to Lingerie Mogul, Life Lessons from an Accidental Feminist.” Rhonda is an active philanthropist, hosting charity events, sitting on boards, speaking to groups, and volunteering her time and money to multiple charitable organizations annually. Some of her favorite charities include: SPCA, Pawlicious Pets, American Cancer Society: Making Strides, AHA Go Red for Women, PACE for Girls, CM Ovarian Cancer Society, Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts, St. Jude’s

Children’s Hospital, Johns Hopkins: All Children’s Hospital, Tampa Bay Fashion Week, and more. Among her many accolades, Rhonda is proud of the following accomplishments: The Angel Seamless Bandeau Bra was featured in its own independent articles in Cosmopolitan Magazine, The Sun (UK) and in Cosmopolitan Magazine’s 2019 Bra Awards. She received the award for The Pin Up Bra for “Best Bralette for Large Busted Women.” Rhonda was inducted into the Loyola Mass Communication Den of Distinction 2018. She was featured as a Tampa Bay community leader in 2015 and nominated for the 2015 Lust List Tampa Bay. She won Best Female Dance on Tampa Bay’s Dancing with the Stars in 2013. The company was included as #592 in the 5000 List Fastest Growing Companies of 2013, listed in Tampa Bay 100, in the Tampa Bay Business Journal 2013, and featured in Ernst & Young Retail and Consumer Products Category, Florida Entrepreneur of the Year 2012. Organization’s 3rd Fastest Growing Women Owned Business 2012 at an event co-sponsored by American Express and was one of the 2012 Enterprising Women of the Year in the over 25 million dollar category. She received the Best Product Award at HSN in 2012 for the Ahh Bra, the Gulf Coast Business Review Entrepreneur of the Year for 2012, the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Businesswoman of the Year of 2012: Entrepreneur, Women in Business Stevie Award Silver for 2012, and the Most Innovative Company of the Year Stevie Award for 2012. Rhonda received the Best Female Presenter 2011 ERA Moxie Award for the Ahh Bra, the Best Long Form Infomercial 2012 ERA Moxie Award and the Treasure Coast International Film Festival Visionary Award, 2012. Rhonda has been with HSN for 16 years. Rhonda Shear Intimates was founded and first aired with HSN in 2003. She launched the Ahh Bra in 2004, and currently has sold over 50 million worldwide. Rhonda currently serves on the HSN advisory board.
