To ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being, we kindly remind you that this is a smoke-free and pet-free environment, in accordance with HOA and owner regulations. As part of our commitment to being a Dark Sky Community, we also ask everyone to minimize light pollution during evening hours. Additionally, please respect your neighbors by observing quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Thank you for your cooperation!

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Only two cars are permitted at the property. If you have any extra vehicles, please let us know and we can provide a parking permit for the Daybreak overflow parking area.

• Please remove all muddy and snowy shoes at the main entrance.

• Please do not bring ski equipment into areas of the home except for the Ski locker areas.

• Please use the kitchen hood fan when cooking in the house to prevent the smoke alarms from going off.

• During Ski Season, Mondays and Thursdays are garbage pick up days. Please load all trash into the bins and take it to the edge of the driveway the morning of before 9:00 am.

• Do not take the trash to the road the night before due to heavy snow fall and wildlife.

• To prevent pipes from freezing during extreme temperatures, let the faucets near outdoor walls drip slowly.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE BEFORE DEPARTURE:

• Place all used bath towels and bath mats in a pile in the bathrooms.

• Return any items or furniture you may have moved during your stay to their original locations.

• Double-check for personal belongings in drawers, closets, cabinets, under furniture, and other hiding spots. Don’t forget wall outlets—chargers are the most commonly forgotten items!

• Return all parking passes, garage openers, and remotes to the kitchen counter. Please note that missing items may result in a fee.

• Winter: Set the thermostat to 65°F.

• Summer: Set the A/C to 76°F.

• Lock all windows and doors, and ensure all lights, appliances, and electronics are turned off.

• Lift Tickets: They can arrange and provide information on lift tickets to enhance your mountain experience, whether for a full day on the slopes or a quick session.

• Gear Rentals: Whether it’s skis, snowboards, or mountain bikes, they can help you get set up with rental or demo gear for your adventure!

• Grocery Delivery: Avoid grocery shopping during your vacation. Our Concierge team can assist with grocery delivery services to ensure your accommodations are fully stocked with essentials.

• Concierge Recommends: They have fully vetted third-party vendors who can provide in-home services, such as massages or private chefs, to make your stay more relaxing! Reach out to them to help get that set up!

SKI IN/SKI OUT INSTRUCTIONS

SKI-OUT FROM SPRING PARK 8452

• From the front porch you will need to walk across the cul-da-sac to the Spring Park cat track. The cat track is to the right side of the road

• Turn left and you will ski down towards Village Lift.

RETURNING TO THE HOME

The easiest way- beginner- Advanced- Walking is Necessary

• You will need to ride to the top of Village lift.

• Ski downhill (west direction)

• Approximately 200 yards make a right turn on the run into the tunnel that does go under the road.

• Follow this cat track back to the home.

• Please store all ski gear near the back deck storage area.

• Do not place ski/snowboard’s against the outside siding of the home.

*Please note, there is construction in the area. The trails/pathways may be different than described. Please use your best judgement getting to and from the property.

GRILL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Read Instructions before Lighting.

2. Open the lid before lighting burners.

3. Make sure all valves are in the “Off” position.

4. Turn the gas tank valve on after confirming knobs are in the “Off” position.

5. Once the gas tank valve is on, push the grill knob “IN” and while pushing turn to “High” position slowly.

6. You should hear a “CLICK” and the burner should light.

7. If ignition does not occur in 5 sec - turn burner control(s) “Off” , wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting process.

FIREPLACE INSTRUCTIONS

Downstairs Living Room Fireplace

1. Turn On the Fireplace

a. Use the touchscreen remote control located on the TV stand.

b. Press “Main Menu” on the remote. Two options will appear: “Turn On Flame” and “Thermostat”.

c. Select “Turn On Flame” and wait 10–20 seconds for the igniter and flame to activate.

2. Adjust Flame and Temperature Settings

a. Use the remote to adjust flame height and temperature as desired.

3. Turn Off the Fireplace

a. Press “Turn OFF Flame” on the remote.

Upstairs Living Room Fireplace

1. You can find the timer knob on the right side of the fireplace above the bench.

2. Turn the knob to the right and set the desired time you would like the fireplace to run.

3. The fireplace will turn off automatically when the timer runs out.

Please note, there is stacked wood underneath the upstairs fireplace. Please do not attempt to load wood into the fireplace, as it is gas-operated.

Safety Guidelines

a. Always use care when operating the gas fireplace

2. Do Not Leave Unattended

a. Never leave the fireplace on when unattended or while sleeping

3. Ensure Proper Supervision

a. Keep children and pets away from the fireplace while in use

Enjoy the cozy ambiance the fireplace brings to your stay, but please prioritize safety while using it.

HOT TUB RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

Cover After Use

Please cover the hot tub after each use. Please shower before using the hot tub and refrain from using lotions or soaps while in it.

Opening the Lid

The hot tub lid is secured with locks attached to the hot tub. To open:

• Unlatch the straps, typically located at four points.

• For side latches, pull from the bottom to release them from the top.

Accessing and Unlocking the Control Screen

• Use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature.

• To activate specific jets, cycle through the jet options until you find the desired area.

Safety and Courtesy Guidelines

• Supervision: Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

• No Glassware: Please avoid using glass items near the hot tub.

• No Pets: Pets are not allowed in or around the hot tub.

• Return Temperature: Set the temperature back to 102°F when finished.

• Snow Removal: Clear off any snow from the cover before opening.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please maintain a low noise level to respect the peace of neighboring properties.

Accessing and Unlocking the Control Screen

• All hot tubs are chlorinated for sanitation.

• Enjoy responsibly and help preserve the tranquility of the area.

SAUNA INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turning on the Sauna and Initial Heating

a. Locate the control knob on the sauna’s control panel.

b. Turn the knob clockwise until it reaches the first “1” position. You will hear a distinct sound when it’s properly set.

c. This action will initiate the sauna’s heating process.

d. Please note that it will take approximately one hour for the sauna to reach the desired temperature and be ready for use.

2. Setting the Operating Duration

a. Once the sauna is heated, you can set the desired operating time.

b. Turn the control knob one more step clockwise to the next “1” position. Again, you will hear a distinct sound to confirm the setting.

c. This setting will hold the sauna’s temperature at the desired level for one hour.

3. Extending the Operating Duration

a. If you wish to use the sauna for a longer period, you can extend the operating time.

b. Continue turning the control knob clockwise. Each additional number on the knob represents an additional hour of operation.

c. For example, turning the knob to the “2” position will set the sauna to run for two hours, and so on.

d. Choose the desired duration based on your personal preference and needs.

Additional Notes

• Please allow the full hour for the initial heating process before attempting to use the sauna.

• Do not attempt to adjust the temperature while the sauna is in operation.

• If you need to exit the sauna temporarily, please turn the knob to the “off” position to conserve energy.

• Always follow the safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the sauna manufacturer.
