A segunda edição da revista literária Filamentos aqui está com uma amalgama de trabalhos para continuarmos com o diálogo literário e cultural entre os Açores, a sua diáspora e o mundo lusófono. É imperativo que a criatividade literária, as constantes atividades culturais sejam conhecidas e refletidas em ambos os lados do atlântico e nas duas línguas da nossa diáspora. É tempo de haver um outro esforço e outros paradigmas neste nosso mundo entre e com vários mundos. As entidades, governamentais e privadas; a academia, os agentes e ativistas culturais, os criadores literários, a comunicação social – todos, teremos de ter uma outra visão sobre a nossa diáspora, as suas múltiplas gerações e o seu relacionamento com a terra de origem, criando espaços que sejam mais abrangentes, mais coesos e em sintonia com as realidades do século XXI.
