the ceremony Civil ceremonies can be held in the following locations: 1. The Mirror Room: This elegant mirrored space in the main hotel offers classic decor and stunning seascapes for a party of 14 or less. 2. The Tudor Room with its oak paneling and private terrace overlooking the village is ideal for up to 35 guests. 3. Hercules Hall: This historic hall boasts a striking Jacobean ceiling and sumptuous oak paneling. It comfortably seats up to 100 people.
reception Our hotel restaurant offers art deco elegance, estuary views and sumptuous dishes. Using predominantly regional produce, our award winning Welsh chefs will wow you and your guests with their creative, culinary creations. Even special dietary requirements can be accommodated on request. When it comes to toasting the happy couple, we have a selection of wonderful wines, spirits and champagnes for the special day. The dining room is suitable for up to 120 guests, and our restaurant manager will be on hand, if required, to act as your Master of Ceremonies. A private dining room is also available for smaller parties of up to 36 guests.
drinks A drinks reception with your chosen aperitifs and handmade canapés can be arranged on the hotel lawn, surrounded by stunning seascapes and impressive village views. the evening party Dance like no-one's watching, drink champagne and party like there's no tomorrow. Here in Portmeirion, we know how to celebrate love in spectacular style. Our historic hall, 100 yards away from the main hotel, oozes antique elegance and enough space to waltz the night away. Catering up to 145 guests, the buffet style dinner service offers wonderful Welsh produce and traditional dishes with a trendy twist. The bar selection is pretty impressive too. We have details of local DJ’s, discos and bands - or you can bring your own entertainment. Alas! The cost of various acts is not included in wedding package.
deudraeth castleÂ Modern minimalism meets Tudor architecture - it shouldn't work but it does, and the combination has transformed Deudraeth Castle into a delightful wedding venue, complete with traditional Welsh touches, Victorian gardens and gorgeous country views.
