This was an excellent performance from our U12/13 team, PPS’s strong year 8 players set an excellent example for our year 6 & 7 players and showed them the level cricket that can be played at if you play club cricket and practice regularly. Joe had a brilliant bowling performance; his pace and accuracy was impressive, and his bowling resulted in 6 players being called out! However, he will admit a couple of these were in the last over when North Bridge decided to run no matter what. Nate and Harrison both had excellent stints with bat and scored a large percentage of PPS’s total run count.

Player of the match goes to Henry who had an excellent all-round game – he scored the joint highest runs, bowled superbly, communicated and organised his team mates effectively and made an excellent catch.
