Join us as we get silly with activities like coordination & body awareness by rolling, crawling, & tumbling, playing parachute games, creating simple obstacle springing into toddler tumbling! Support your child as they courses, practicing counting, & recognizing colors & shapes. Build develop new skills to help them reach the next step! Southwest Community Center Gymnastics Academy SWCC’S Gymnastics programs are designed to increase coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness, self esteem & confidence. Participants may progress at their own pace through the skill levels listed for each class.

Straight jump off spring board, straight jump off vault, donkey kicks, jumping to the vault block onto knees/feet.

Straddle swing/straddle hold, tuck swing/tuck hold, one or two feet on the bar while holding on with both hands, swing on bars with body control.

Straight walk across, sideways walk across, straight walk on tip toes.

Forward roll on incline mat.

Gymnastics Preschool Too!

Jumping to the vault block onto knees/feet, straight jump off spring board to feet hold landing, tuck jump off vault, donkey kicks, hurdle swing.

Straddle swing, pike swing, tuck swing, toes to bars, swing with body control, skin the cat.

Front support, pullover, forward roll dismount, cast, skin the cat, cast push away dismount, tuck jump off beam.

Straight jump, arabesques, forward kicks, ½ turn dismount, pivot turns, levers left and right, tuck jump off beam.
