This process is to help determine what level of accommodation needed for the participant. • Future assistance will be provided based on need. The inclusion staff will work with the instructor on how to support you and your individual needs. IMPORTANT DETAILS • A general program may be adapted using auxiliary aids and services, but the basic structure of the program remains the same. • Accommodations are made as needed and can be flexible, as well creative. • Participants need to register for activities that are intended for their birth age. • Personal care is provided for activities for individuals up to age 12. • For sign language interpreter please call 2 working days prior to the class • We request at least 5 working days’ notice prior to start of class. Autism & Behaviors

Exploring not only how the communication challenges, difficulty with social interaction & engagement in repetitive behaviors associated with Autism impact behavior but the importance of minimizing those challenges. Class includes simple strategies for relaxation, environmental modification, & offering choice & control. There will be opportunities for participants to share & ask questions. Is it Pain or Behavior?

This class focus: Learn to recognize pain or behavior... sleuth out? Symptoms and medical needs of adults & children with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This class will spotlight pain and pain management. Appropriate for anyone providing care and support for people in this population. DROP-IN CLASSES & CLASSES Bowling For Fun age 10 - adult

Have fun with your friends while knocking down pins. Beginners to advanced bowlers are welcomed. Bring $5 for one game or $10 for two. To accommodate bowlers who wish to play every week & don’t want to hassle with bringing money each time, we offer a 20 game punch card for $100. Bowling begins at 3:00. Shoes are free. Pre-registration is not required. Adaptive bowling equipment is available at the lanes. This is a drop-in activity.
