The Truth About Ultraviolet Rays And the Strength of

Melanin

MELANIN IS A CELEBRATION OF

THE SUN OF GOD

Introduction

The Sun’s Dual Legacy

The Sun has always held a sacred place in human history—a symbol of life, growth, and divine power. For African Americans, our relationship with the Sunlight is layered with both ancestral wisdom and modern-day challenges.

Our skin, rich with Melanin, tells a story of survival, adaptation, and resilience. Yet, harmful myths rooted in PSEUDOSCIENCE, a FAKE SCIENCE, have long distorted our understanding of health and strength and the Power of God.

WE SHOULD CELEBRATE THE SUN OF GOD BUT THE MEDIA DEMANDS THAT WE SHOULD SHUN THE SUN

What they call Ultraviolet Rays is simply the Sunlight they can not perceive.

This Blog Post debunks the Media lies, by celebrating the Power of Ultraviolet (UV) Rays, the Genius of Melanin, and the Urgent Need to Reclaim Our Narrative. Frank Porter ~ EBlogger

The media often portrays Ultraviolet (UV) Rays in a predominantly negative light, focusing on risks like skin cancer, premature aging, and other UV-related health concerns. While these risks are real and should not be overlooked, this narrative disproportionately emphasizes harm, especially for individuals with darker skin tones, such as African Americans, who possess protective melanin.

This imbalance in coverage often obscures the many positive aspects of UV rays, such as aiding in vitamin D production, boosting mood, and fostering overall well-being - In other words, in conjuntion with Melanin: The Power of the Sun’s UV Rays Makes Humans Happy.

YOU WERE

Does Your God-Given Melanin Make You Inferior? And to Whom?

The question “Who told you you were naked?” from the story of Adam and Eve is profound, extending beyond its literal meaning. It symbolizes the awakening of self-consciousness and the introduction of shame. This allegory can be paralleled with the contemporary issue of race and the perception of inferiority linked to melanin; the pigment responsible for the color of our skin.

Historically, societies have imposed false hierarchies based on skin color, perpetuating the belief that darker skin, rich in melanin, is a marker of inferiority. This insidious lie has deep roots, tracing back to colonialism and slavery, where darker-skinned individuals were dehumanized and treated as lesser beings. The Serpent’s Lie in modern terms can be seen as the societal imposition of racial inferiority complexes on those with more melanin.

Section 2: MELANIN – GOD’S MASTERPIECE

Melanin is more than pigment—it’s a biological marvel forged through millennia of evolution. However, this lie is fundamentally flawed. Melanin is a natural, God-given biological trait that provides significant benefits. It protects against harmful ultraviolet rays, reducing the risk of skin cancer and other sun-related damage. Melanin also plays a crucial role in the functioning of the brain and the nervous system. Far from being a marker of inferiority, Melanin is a testament to the adaptability and resilience of human beings.

MELANIN IS THE WORD OF GOD MADE MANIFEST.

“In the beginning…

God said ‘LET THERE BE LIGHT!’ And there was LIGHT.”

WHAT IS THE LIGHT?

THE LIGHT IS The First Act of Creation. How do we know? Melanin - -“And God saw the Light. And Saw That It Was Good!”

WHAT IS MELANIN?

MELANIN IS GOD “EXPERIENCING” THE LIGHT.

Melanin is how all living beings (plants, fish, bugs, birds, bears and MAN) experience the Light. Melanin is our vehicle to Perceive the LIGHT. Melanin allows us to Absorb the LIGHT OF GOD and Exist, Persist and Perpetuate. AND GOD COMMANDED US TO EXPERIENCE THE LIGHT - -“Be Fruitful, Multiply and Fill the Earth!”

Embracing Our Radiance: The Truth About Ultraviolet Rays and The Power of Melanin

Introduction: The Sun’s Dual Legacy

For generations, the sun has been both a life-giver and a challenge. As African Americans, our relationship with sunlight is uniquely intertwined with a powerful gift: melanin. This blog post explores the remarkable benefits of ultraviolet (UV) rays, the science of melanin as our ancestral shield, and how reclaiming our narrative can dismantle harmful myths rooted in injustice.

Issue 1: The Sun’s Gift – How UV Rays Nurture Life

UV rays, often misunderstood, are vital to all living beings:

For Humans:

• Vitamin D Production: UVB rays help synthesize vitamin D, crucial for bone health and immune resilience.

• Mood & Mental Health: Sunlight boosts serotonin, combating seasonal depression and uplifting spirits.

• Healing Therapies: Controlled UV light treats psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo, offering relief where medications fall short.

• Nature’s Disinfectant: UV-C light purifies water and surfaces, safeguarding communities.

For Ecosystems:

• Plants use UV to enhance photosynthesis and produce protective compounds.

• Animals rely on UV for navigation, mating, and survival.

Issue 2: Melanin – GOD’s Masterpiece

Melanin, the pigment abundant in our skin, is a marvel of biological engineering:

• UV Shield: Acts as a natural sunscreen, absorbing harmful rays and reducing skin cancer risk.

• Vitamin D Balance: Ensures optimal synthesis without overexposure.

• Strength & Resilience: Strengthens tissues, regulates heat, and even aids in animal camouflage.

Melanin isn’t just skin deep— It’s a Testament to Our Ancestors’ Adaptation and Survival.

Eugenics and the Distortion of Science

Issue 4: Reclaiming the Narrative –The Truth About Health

Top conditions misrepresented by racial stereotypes—and their real causes:

1. HIV/AIDS: Fueled by healthcare inequities, not behavior.

2. Sickle Cell Disease: A genetic adaptation to malaria, wrongly stigmatized.

3. Hypertension & Diabetes: Linked to systemic racism’s stress, not “lifestyle.”

4. Asthma: Result of redlining and pollution, not race.

Our bodies are not the problem— Systems Failing Us Are.

Issue 3: Eugenics and the Distortion of Science

Historically, pseudoscience like Eugenics weaponized race to justify inequality:

• Myth of “Weakness”: False claims suggested African Americans were biologically prone to disease, ignoring systemic barriers (e.g., COVID-19 disparities tied to healthcare access, not genetics).

• Medical Exploitation: From the Tuskegee Syphilis Study to race-based drug prescriptions, bias persists in diagnoses and treatments.

Science now refutes these lies: Melanin’s protective role Underscores Our Resilience, not Inferiority.

Issue 5: Toward a Future of Equity and Empowerment

We rise by:

• Advocating for Equity: Demand diverse clinical trials and culturally competent care.

• Educating Our Communities: Share knowledge about melanin’s power and health rights.

• Honoring Our Legacy: Celebrate the strength inherited from ancestors who survived to thrive.

Our Skin is a Badge of Honor, Our History is a Roadmap to Justice.

The Sun Is Not Our Foe—It is a Partner in Life’s Balance.

Conclusion: Stand in Your Light

The sun’s rays remind us: even in darkness, there is growth. Let’s shed myths like old skin and embrace truths that illuminate our path forward. Together, we can build a world where melanin is celebrated, healthcare is just, and our children inherit both pride and protection.

“We are the Ancestors of Tomorrow. Let our Light Break Chains and Heal Nations.”

Call to Action: Share this knowledge. Advocate for equitable care. Wear your melanin with pride. The future is bright—and it’s ours to shape.

THE SCIENTIFIC PROOF

A DEFECTIVE GENE GIVES WHITE PEOPLE THEIR ‘WHITENESS’

Where Did “White People” Come From?

Out of Africa: All modern humans (Homo sapiens) originated in Africa roughly 200,000 years ago. Around 50,000–70,000 years ago, some migrated out of Africa into Eurasia.

Neanderthal DNA: Non-African humans carry 1–4% Neanderthal DNA due to interbreeding that occurred after Homo sapiens left Africa’

Skin Color Evolution: As humans moved into regions with less sunlight, natural selection favored lighter skin to better synthesize vitamin D. Human skin turned light not white.

Natural (Ancestral) SLC24A5: Common in populations with darker skin, especially in equatorial regions. It regulates melanin production efficiently, resulting in higher pigmentation.

Mutated SLC24A5 (A111T variant): A single amino acid change (alanine to threonine at position 111) reduces melanin production. This mutation became widespread in European populations and is a major factor in lighter skin.

White Skin is A MUTATION in the SLC24A5 gene, which lightens and whitens skin, inherited from Neanderthal Ancestry, it became common in European populations.
