FROM THE YARN TO THE FINISHED PRODUCT Competence, know how, continuous technical modernization and vocation to experimentation. On these foundations is based our concept of production that is abreast the times. As a guarantee of the high quality of our products, except for the loom shaped clothings , all our pillows and accessories’ production is made internally, both for some units and for thousands of pieces. For the knitted fabric, we start directly from the yarn, as well as for technical fabrics. Besides these, the internal production concerns the lap of polyester for the filling of the pillows, the cutting, the quilting of more materials and the possible personalization with the customer’s logo.
THE CULTURE OF SLEEPING WELL ORIGINATED FROM A SPRING It was the 1960s and it all began with a spring. Or rather, from the creation of mattress springs. Intuition, commitment and an aptitude for experimentation did the rest. From the third-party manufacture of pillows in the 1970’s to the creation of its own models in the 1980’s, the development, in the following years, of accessories - pillow cases, mattress covers and bed base covers and products designed for children and the medical world. It was an exciting path that transformed us into the continuously expanding company we are today, whose main focus is the health of those who use our products, making the culture of wellness our own special trademark.
SLEEPING WELL IS THINKING ABOUT THE HEALTH We have always thought about our products as essential ingredients to improve the quality of our life. On the pillow rests the cervical segment, so it is natural for us to propose an actual and modern concept of pillow: not just an accessory but an element that determines sensibly the quality of sleep Lines and seams designed to welcome gently the origin of dreams. White as pureness and essentiality. We speak about a philosophy of well-being that involves usefulness and aesthetic pleasantness, functionality and design. And we don’t limit ourselves only to pillows and bed accessories, because we think also to sitting shapes and supports.
HANDS AND EYES Our entrepreneurial choice is addressed to search for high quality and care for the details, so we decided not to automatize completely our production cycles. The polyester fillings and the internal structures of the pillows are put together with great care, and a series of checks is made visually. Everything is made by skilled workers instructed here in our company. Manual ability, so as the human eye, are a guarantee of certified quality.
FROM COTTON TO SILVER IONS We select high quality raw materials for our products, such as the yarn with silver ions that has superior breathability and antibacterial performance. To ensure this softness, most of the pillows are padded with polyester flocks at different densities and blends. In some models we put an internal structure in polyurethane foam. There is a growing need for viscoelastic polyurethane pillows , more commonly known as “memory foam”, along with the classic latex pillows , that for a long time now have entered our collective immagination and are able to offer excellent performance in terms of comfort and quality of sleep.
THINKING ABOUT ENVIRONMENT MEANS THINKING ABOUT THE FUTURE To those who appreciate both usefulness and beauty, environmental awareness comes naturally. A world based on the balance between man and nature is a more beautiful place to live. Therefore, our choice to use production procedures and procedures with a low environmental impact was really natural. In this general view for the filling of the pillows we introduced the use of polyester staples partially extracted from PET recycled from the plastic bottles . Moreover, all our products carry the Oeko-Tex®Class I trademark, an International standard that certifies the absence of toxic substances and the conformity to its use also by children and babies.

TOWARDS NEW DEVELOPMENTS With hundreds of thousands of pieces made every year, we look with interest at the Italian market – today it represents the 65% of our turnover- and more and more at the foreign one. In the 80s it was in Germany the main foreign customer. In the 90s there was the first contact with Japan. It is a very demanding market, that appreciates the excellence of the Italian manufacture; we still have with them an important business. In a vision projected to widen our horizons, today we look also at the emerging markets- China, Russia- where Made in Italy is a reference for design and care for the details.

SOONER OR LATER ALL THE PILLOWS SHOULD BE PENSIONED OFF. Did you know this? The reasons to change the pillow at the end of its life cycle are hygienic and sanitary, ergonomic and mechanical.
IT IS BETTER TO CHANGE THE PILLOW EVERY THREE YEARS. THIS IS WHY. Not everybody knows that the average life cycle of a pillow is around 3036 months , then it is advisable to change it. Its earlier hygienic, sanitary , ergonomic and mechanical features tend to change irreparably as the time goes by. HOW DO YOU SLEEP? FOR STOMACH SLEEPERS It is not an advisable position because it forces the neck to an unnatural twisting movement. But if you sleep in this way, you can use a medium-filled pillow to reduce the pressure on the neck. FOR SIDE SLEEPERS It is the most recommended position. In this case, the pillow must be chosen just following a simple rule: it must keep the spine aligned. Anatomic, breathable, flexible, it’s up to personal needs.
