Cordless applicators
Professional cordless applicators for sealants and adhesives, such silicones, mastics, glues and other products package in standard cartridge, soft bags, coaxial and side by side cartridges. PMT has improved the technical features, in this new generation of applicators, both in the mechanical and electronical field using high quality materials and thorougly complying to the legal and ecological European legislations, in order to guarantee not only high quality professional standards, but also a total respect of the sourrounding environment as well as absolute safety in the work place . In addition, the tests carried out on the applicators during the production ensure top reliability and duration over the time. In full respect of the environment, our cordless applicators comply with all the regulations for the disposal of electrical and electronic wastes imposed by the German Act (ElektroG) Registration Number: WEEE-Reg.-Nr.DE 20631196
ACCULIGHT III
NEW FEATURES IN THE SERIES ACCULIGHT III Programmable dosing system: This new system can be required on all our ACCULIGT III models. With the sign D meaning “Dosing” we want to introduce the new programmable advanced function of the pushing rod. In this way each of the 1 to 5 different settings will dispense a certain quantity of product independently from the pressure on the trigger. Differently, in position 6 the applicator will work continuously, with the possibility to adjust the speed and stop the extrusion by modulating the trigger. The Dosing function is pre-set, but it can be modified by users through a simple setting procedure to obtain a precise dosage of the product according to their specific needs. • Trigger with progressive regulator to adjust speed during the extrusion. • Safety switch to block the trigger.
Mechanical improvements for all the Acculight models: - New steel spheres inside the mechanism which guarantee durability especially with high viscosity products. - New releasing mechanism of the pushing rod which facilitates the operation. - New improved transmission mechanism which eliminates vibrations during the use and guarantees more stability and strength. • High efficiency screw trasmission to improve the power of the motor and to reduce the consumption of the battery.
New electronical features for all the Acculight models: - Over temperature protection. - Over force protection system for all the 6 speeds. - Automatic LED diagnostic light which works both as lighting and diagnostic indicator. • Led light to make work easier in the dark areas and which is also an alarm indicator.
