PMC JSC., was jointly established in June of 2009 by Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) –one of the biggest corporations in Vietnam, and Biken Techno Corporation – a building maintenance company based in Japan.

TRAINING AND TRANSFFERING MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES

For Developers who have the demand of self-establishing the Building Owners Committee, PMC provides them with consulting and training as well as transferring the management procedures services. Based on the project’s characteristics and the Developer’s purposes, we will establish the management procedures, including:

Time: depends on the requirements and scale of the project, it can take from 12 – 24 months

Personnel: To facilitate the training and transference, the Developer should prepare the personnel mechanism in 6 – 8 months after signing the contract

2.3 CONSULTING SERVICES

Technical Systems installation, consultation and supervision

This consulting service is offered during the construction of the Project, from the beginning to the end of the construction process.
