TRAINING AND TRANSFFERING MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES For Developers who have the demand of self-establishing the Building Owners Committee, PMC provides them with consulting and training as well as transferring the management procedures services. Based on the project’s characteristics and the Developer’s purposes, we will establish the management procedures, including: Time: depends on the requirements and scale of the project, it can take from 12 – 24 months Personnel: To facilitate the training and transference, the Developer should prepare the personnel mechanism in 6 – 8 months after signing the contract PMC’s procedures: based on international standards that has been adjusted to suit the working environment in Vietnam Training method: apply the practical method, which is based on the daily operation

2.3 CONSULTING SERVICES Technical Systems installation, consultation and supervision This consulting service is offered during the construction of the Project, from the beginning to the end of the construction process. Approaching time: We would approach a project when it comes to the completion stage with the minimum time of two months prior to the opening date.
