What Where Who How
Something Wild the Farm Hong Kong, China Plot Architecture
By evoking a healthy rural farm environment to reflect the ethos of local produce brought to table. Light colour tones, cheery signage, cleanly simple furnishings and a thematic trellis with actual greenery conspire to cast the salubrious glow over the three seating zones. The conceptual sidewalk cafe, garden courtyard or windowside viewing spots are subtly outlined within the overall vibe. An entry facade of corrugated walls and white french doors start it all, forest green metal chairs or cabinetry complemented by blond wood and timber flooring round things off. A feature wall display showing cataloguing herbs and microgreens grown and used by Something Wild keep everyone’s mind on the subject.
Why Because when has it ever been more relevant to focus on health? Because if and when we are allowed to eat in restaurants again, we’ll still be fixated on what we ingest. Because in a huge, packed, lessthan-healthy city like Hong Kong, isn’t this a little corner of hope?
