FREE Fitness Classes All of these classes are FREE for Summit Members! Not a Member? Not a problem! Non-Members can purchase a day pass for many of our great classes! New participants are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to talk with the instructor about any special class instructions. Hatha Yoga

Tone your body, organize your mind, and crush stress in your life. Participants must provide their own exercise mat.

Cardio Step

Step up to a healthier lifestyle! Whether you are just getting started or looking for an advanced challenge, this class will help burn calories, reduce stress, increase your energy and fitness levels, and much, much more! Beginners and advanced steppers can work out at their own level of intensity. It is perfect for everyone!

Vinyasa Yoga

VINYASA FLOW is a dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. It aids in building confidence and assists you in staying present and centered. This class will feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga—including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, dynamic stretching, and breath work; with the opportunity to learn/practice inversions and backbends. All levels are welcome. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the poses.

Pilates

The central aim of Pilates is to create a fusion of mind and body. Even without engaging the mind, the body will move with grace and balance. Bring those skills to your daily life and enjoy unprecedented benefits that will surely improve your total well-being. Participants must provide their own exercise mat.

Open Rock Climbing

Change the pace of your personal workout or discover a fun new activity! The Summit’s indoor rock climbing wall features 20 foot high walls, four automatic belay stations, multiple routes and is guaranteed to rock the world of experienced and novice climbers alike! Closed toe shoes are required and climbers are encouraged to bring their own helmet. Monday - Friday 7-8pm Saturday 11am-12pm Sunday 4-5pm

Kid’s Club

Play inside, play outside, just play at the Summit! Indoor rock climbing, basketball, and a full slate of traditional activities are all part of the Summit’s Kid’s Club!
