Meet the Team

Giving Tuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to use their individual power of generosity to remain connected. It is a time to support and transform their communities and the world. It is a day when everyone comes together to give back in all forms Ñ acts of kindness, gifts of voice, time, talent, or treasure. All around the world, we are joining forces and leaning on each other. This generosity tells us that we will achieve the better, more just world that we seek.

With so many deserving organizations out there, it is difficult to choose one that is right for you. For 40 years, GPJFF has used film as a vehicle to preserve, explore, celebrate, and enhance Jewish life and culture. Great films are storytellers who illuminate, and in the process, they encourage compassion. In the best cases, they can transform us. We exist only through the generosity of our patrons, as it is that community building that shapes our future.

GPJFF graciously asks you to use your power and join the global movement of generosity and donate December 1st of this year. Your gift, no matter the size, has a lasting impact on what the Festival can deliver to the community during and even after this time. Being generous is a way to fight for the causes you care about. This year, the #GPJFFinspire Campaign goal is to raise $5,000. Mark your calendars! Dec 1st is #GivingTuesday. How will you give?
