Our Clients Said SETON HILL UNIVERSITY

PJ Dick knew how to handle a multitude of issues outside the scope of construction and that’s what impressed me most. They could be trusted to communicate with nearby property owners, they facilitated traffic movements, coordinated with our police department, and during all of it they maintained professionalism with a twist of humor. I really enjoyed my biweekly meetings. You’re lucky to have them on your team. The final product, the Seton Hill University Arts Center, is the funkiest architecturally designed building we have in our downtown and I’m very proud to tell the world that your company constructed it.

POINT PARK UNIVERSITY

On behalf of Point Park University, may we say “job well done” for PJ Dick’s construction management at risk services in building the new Point Park Playhouse. The facility is state-of-theart, featuring multiple theaters, a sound studio, and unique seating that permits theater viewing from the outdoors. The building maintains the level of sophistication that students, parents, and public expect in Point Park University facilities.

FORT LIGONIER

The team worked with a sense of urgency, job knowledge, and organization skill that maintained the original schedule throughout. I look forward to another project with PJ Dick.

Your company deserves any and all accolades from your industry! Hats off to PJ Dick!
