Mike Becallo was elected Town Councilor for the Cicero (NY) Town Board on Nov. 5.
Lindsay (Will) Wilson and her husband, Courtney welcomed their third daughter to the family, Finlay Claire in December.
Dominick Cappucilli, Jr. joined a friend’s startup, Knee Walker Central, a medical device company, as the President of Sales.
Mikelbank’s name was drawn by Principal Br. Joseph Jozwiak, FSC in front of students, faculty members and staff during a winter sports assembly in the John Lynch Gymnasium on Friday, Jan. 10. Also on hand were Gino Barbuto, owner of East Syracuse Chevrolet; Mike Barker of BannerEnvy; Joe Cali, of WFBL radio’s Classic Car Roundup and volunteers.
1998 Amanda (Feldmeth) Bezigian and Tom Bezigian welcomed Aviva Jeanne on Dec. 17, 2012. Aviva weighed 5lbs 4oz, joining big sister Violet, age 5 and big brother Freddie, age 3. The family resides in Syracuse. Eve (Bigelow) Macaluso and her husband, Michael welcomed Lee Michael on Jan. 28. Christie (Majesky) Sciacca and her husband, Jeremy welcomed their second son, Nathan Jude on July 29. Nathan joins three-year old brother Noah Curtis. The family lives in Mount Royal, NJ.
1999 Jennifer and Todd Michalak welcomed Charlie Owen on Sept. 6. Charlie was 8lbs 11 oz. and joins his big brother, Cole who was born in February 2012. Christina (Fragola) Metz and husband Brian Metz ’99 welcomed Nickolas George born at 12:59 a.m. on Oct.14. Nickolas weighed 7lbs 13oz. and he looked just like his big brother—but a whole pound bigger!

Najla Rashid Wortham and her husband welcomed their daughter, Hayden, on Sept. 30.
2003 Julie (Schneider) August and her husband, Joe, welcomed Olivia Louise August on Oct. 1 at 5:52 a.m. Olivia weighed 7lbs 9oz and was 20” long. Ava is a wonderful big sister to Olivia. Marissa Mulder performed “Sinatra’s Women” on Sunday, Nov. 17 at CNY Jazz Central.
2004 Matthew Harrigan is a Project Manager, Associate Communications at The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA. Alex Kirby visited China with the University of Maryland Smith School MBA program.
2005 Lauren DeMello is living in San Francisco, CA and is working as an Account Manager at Twitter.
Lauren (Tucker) Avery and her husband, Chris, welcomed Hunter in September. The growing family resides in Liverpool, NY.

Kimberly (Connors) Roberson and her husband, Michael Brad Roberson, were thrilled to introduce their son, Michael Gregory Roberson on Sept. 13 at 5:47 p.m. Michael Gregory weighed in at 9 pounds and measured 21 inches long.
Scott Bronstein opened Barnstormer Winery in the former Arcadian Estates Winery spot on Route 14, on the West side of Seneca Lake, just North of Watkins Glen.
2001 Andrea (Nicoletti) Marshall and her husband, David ’02, welcomed Santino in September 2013. The trio joined their extended family and CBA community at the Alumni Memorial Mass in November.

2007 Jack Harmatuk joined the CPA firm of Fust Charles Chambers LLP in Syracuse. Michael Scalzo graduated with honors and degrees in Art History and Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago in 2011. He completed his Masters in Public Health with a dual concentration in Epidemiology and Social and Behavioral Sciences at Boston University School of Public Health. Harvey Simmons was the recipient of the “Hive 25 Under” Award from boston.com.
2010 Lianna Artessa has been accepted at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice.
Mikelbank’s winning ticket number was 076547. He had his choice between the 2014 Crystal Red Corvette or the $35,000. He chose the car and will pick it up sometime in March. Jozwiak tried to contact Mikelbank in front of the student body and staff, however, he wasn’t available. “I was next door at my neighbors and I received the two phone messages,” Mikelbank said when later reached by phone. “I thought the two messages were from our plumber. I went on the website and I saw it, I couldn’t believe it.” Mikelbank said he has buying raffle tickets for several years. His wife Kristen is from Manlius and his brother-in-law Kirk Gibson graduated from CBA in 1995. The second prize winner of $1,000 was Scott C. Lester of Cicero, NY (ticket number 106443). Winning third prize, which was $500 was Cheryl Dart of Skaneateles, NY (ticket number 079212). “The Corvette raffle is one of CBA’s major fundraising events and something our school community looks forward to each year. It is a vital part of sustaining the outstanding programs and facilities we offer our students at CBA,” said Annemarie Mosley, Associate Director of Special Events and Programs. “We thank all of those who supported this year’s Corvette raffle, especially our parent volunteers, and we congratulate Brian Mikelbank, this year’s winner.”
Anthony Cirillo is a senior at Xavier University. Cirillo was selected by fellowship of Catholic University for a two-year missionary service. Kaitlin McIntyre, recipient of the CBA Alumni Association Distinguished Senior award in 2010, completed an internship with Dr. Peter Waters ‘73 in Boston. Kaitlin is a senior at the University of Texas and she has been accepted at several medical schools.
Natalie Peterman is a New York State Fellow in Senator Neil D. Breslin’s Office, District 44 (Albany, Rensselaer, Troy area). Her duties include researching legal issues, handling constituent issues that pertain to the law, and assisting the Senator with drafting and researching legislation. Peterman graduated from SUNY Geneseo, cum laude, in 2010 and Albany Law School, cum laude, in 2013.
