Larry's Greenfront is getting air conditioning, joining Ned's as one of the few..check out the demolition at Occidental & Yesler Way, and hopefully a new tenant soon.. space still vacant at Occidental and South Washington, with a building sales asking price (we hear) of 900k (my, my); now that it is getting next to impossible to find space in the Square, we were glad to hear of Paul Allen's newest condo project at 1000 1st ave south C@lfili��t .. how many vacant storefronts can be attributed to one landlord ? Which one??

RU mo rs: Samis needs the Butler for it's parking requirements for other project developments -read: no net increase in parking for the Square@!! Did you know Pioneer Square had a gun range, until very recently?? ; Things may be heating up for one landlord over a little sewer thing ..; The infamous elevator shaft is not part of the Underground Tour ... ; changes brewing at the Bread of Life?? f)�����il
