PILATES FRIDAY 15 SEPTEMBER STOTT PILATES® Equipment Room

STOTT PILATES® Studio

STOTT PILATES is a contemporary approach to the original mind-body exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Sessions in the Pilates equipment room are FREE and have limited availability. All sessions require advance booking at the Workshop desk located on stand A7.

Take part in an “Introduction to STOTT PILATES Reformer” workout or one-to-one session with a STOTT PILATES teacher for FREE. These 20 minute sessions will be open to all show visitors to come along and have a try on the equipment and learn about the five principles of this world-renowned pilates method. Stand F1.

Suitable for: All Levels | Admission Free This session will enable you to gain a full understanding of the exercises on the versatile STOTT PILATES Reformer – ideal if you are considering training to become a pilates instructor, or simply if you would like to learn more about it! Maximum capacity per session = 12 people

One-to-One’s (3 people)

With an instructor’s undivided attention, you can focus on specific issues such as re-alignment, strength and flexibility thus making sure you are optimising the exercise you’re already doing by working correctly.

Intro to Reformer

Suitable for: Advanced | Admission Free The ultimate STOTT PILATES workout! In this 1-hour session you will get to try both the STOTT PILATES Reformer and Split-Pedal Stability Chair. This session will be fast paced and lots of fun! Maximum capacity per session = 24 people

The team will demonstrate a range of exercises on the STOTT PILATES™ Reformer.

Reformer & Stability Chair Circuit

Suitable for: Advanced & Inter. | Admission Free The STOTT PILATES Split-Pedal Stability Chair allows you to expand your pilates exercise repertoire beyond matwork and reformer routines. Try this 1-hour session and you will really feel the benefits of a STOTT PILATES workout! Maximum capacity per session = 12 people
