3rd General Membership Meeting

On March 5, 2022, PICPA Rizal conducted an Online Tax Clinic at 9AM to 11AM through Zoom with the topic Annual Income Tax Returns and Revised Guidelines on Deadlines in cooperation with Marikina BIR Revenue District Office 45. The speaker Mr. Gerard Mart Gatinga, Revenue Officer III – Assessment Division of RDO 45 discussed extensively the revised guidelines on how to file the

income tax return for year 2021. He also discussed the importance of meeting the deadlines in filing the required returns and attachments using the BIR online portal. The Chapter recorded a maximum of 70 participants.

The 3rd General Membership Meeting was held on March 26, 2022 from 9:00am until 4:00pm The program started with a welcome remarks from our President Danniboy Cero where he expressed his gratefulness to the members of how, as a chapter, moved virtual mountains in order for us to reach the magic 40 number, forty is the number that will trigger a score for us in the PQF webinar. He also mentioned that CPAs should be mindful regarding the new law that has just been passed easing foreign ownership of businesses in the Philippines. as more quality CPA's will be needed by the businesses.
