Would cause undue burden on PHPR.

Most programs require a minimum number of enrolled participants. Programs that do not reach their minimum will be cancelled, however, when PHPR must cancel a program for this reason, a full refund is provided.
Waiting Lists A waiting list will be formed and maintained after the program has reached its maximum capacity. As spots in the program become available, people on the list will be contacted in order and offered the opportunity to register for the program.
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
All requests for modifications are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Participants should be able to perform the following essential functions. •
Follow basic instructions associated with the program or activity.
•
Function in a group structure and participate in group activities.
•
Use restroom facilities independently or with the assistance of a caregiver to be retained or provided by the participant.
Instructors prepare programs weeks in advance therefore program withdrawal must be requested in writing to the Assistant Director one week prior to the start of the program. Withdrawal from a Camp must be requested in writing to the Assistant Director two weeks prior to the start of the Camp.
IN THIS ISSUE
Missed classes do not qualify for refunds and no refunds will be processed after a program has already begun, except for a medical exemption which requires a medical form signed by a doctor stating that the participant is unable to participate for the remainder of the program. This will entitle the participant to a refund or credit. All withdrawal/refunds will be assessed an administrative fee of $20.
