Chair aerobics is a great way to maintain your flexibility and your activity level. Class will have you feeling good about yourself and your fitness level. Class is done without weights but is filled with a great deal of fun music and easy to follow movement. No exercise experience necessary, just bring bottled water for hydration.

Ahoy matey & welcome to First Mate class with USCG Charter Captain Andy Benedict. The class will introduce fundamental skills needed to assist a Captain and become a good First Mate. Students will learn how to throw a cast net, cast a rod, boat safety and basic marine terminology. Gain knowledge in fish hooks, weights, fishing line, knot tying and how to properly rig live bait on a hook. Additionally, students will learn fundamentals of launching, anchoring and docking/mooring a boat. Class will focus on fun but will also teach safety and conservation practices.

Considered a “big kid” combo class, the dancers will be instructed in each discipline. This will allow more serious, younger dancers interested in higher level of instruction in dance to better prepare in more than one discipline, all in one class.

This combo class is for the dancer with previous ballet training and is age appropriate for pointe work at the barre. Class will have a strong ballet curriculum and beginning pointe work for students after approval from the instructor. Jazz and tap dance progressions, turns, leaps and tap rhythms will be part of the class to create a well-rounded dancer and performer.

The Junior Chef cooking class will allow students to get more comfortable in the kitchen using the oven, stove, knives, various kitchen utensils and doing dishes. Students will execute more advanced recipes during class with cuisine selections TBD.
