FOFRR W A R D M A R C H OMTHEFOUNDATIONCHAIRMAN Brothers, As we move into the next millennium of Phi Mu Delta, I would be remiss in not opening with a heartfelt thanks to the great people who started our fraternity those many years ago. In addition to those founding members, there have been many brothers who have sacrificed and dedicated their time, talent, and treasure to our fraternity through the years. They all deserve our thanks, as without them we would not have reached this milestone. However, like any successful organization, we must continue to evolve. Through a very generous gift from our brother and past National President, Robert Lomison, Mu Zeta '73, we have officially hired Dustyn Hall, Sigma Alpha '18, as the Director of Advancement. Dustyn will dedicate his time to fostering alumni engagement for both the Foundation and Fraternity, while also focusing on advancement and development priorities through fundraising and donor cultivation. This addition highlights our commitment to our alumni brothers and ushers in a new chapter for the Educational Foundation. And so as you peruse The Triangle, I invite you to spend a few minutes reading through the Foundation's Strategic Plan (on the following pages), which highlights our goals for this biennium, which will conclude at the 2020 Conclave. Most of our goals are attainable, and some are going to challenge us, but we know we can accomplish them with your continued support. Now, whether you joined last year or 50 years ago, please take a moment and enjoy The Triangle and remember what brought you to Phi Mu Delta. Then, I would ask you to think about how you can support Phi Mu Delta as we enter our next century, because we must always, "forward march." Fraternally,
