• Get personalized tips and reminders.

• Quickly locate doctors or urgent care facilities.

• Save digital versions of insurance cards, prescriptions and more.

LTC involves a variety of services designed to meet a person’s health or personal care needs. These services help people live as independently and safely as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities on their own. Most long-term care is provided at home by unpaid family members and friends. It can also be given in a facility such as a nursing home or in the community, for example, in an adult day care center. LTC can be expensive, and services are often paid for out of pocket. By purchasing LTC insurance, the financial burden of LTC can be alleviated.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

An HSA is a tax-advantaged health savings account that allows you to contribute before-tax dollars that can be used to pay for current or future health care expenses. When combined with a high-deductible health plan, it offers unique savings and tax advantages. You must be enrolled in the HDHP option (HSA-eligible) to contribute to an HSA affiliated with Phillips 66 through before-tax payroll deductions or to receive company contributions.

Your HSA is owned by you, the funds carry over from year to year, and you take it with you if you leave the company.

Phillips 66 provides $500 for employee-only coverage and $1,000 for all other coverages annually. These are paid on a biannual schedule in January and July, based on the coverage you are enrolled in on Jan. 1, 2026 and July 1, 2026.

For the HSA, the IRS maximum contribution limit has increased to $4,400 for an individual and $8,750 for a family, inclusive of Phillips 66 and your contributions.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

You can access your HSA through Bank of America via Single Sign-On on My HR Tools.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

For more information about your HSA, visit the Phillips 66 page at Bank of America or call 877-785-6698.

If you elect to have an FSA, your contributions can be deducted from your paycheck on a before-tax basis to pay for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses.

Health Care FSA (HCFSA)

If you do not enroll in the HDHP option, you can contribute to a Health Care FSA.

You can contribute any amount from $120 up to $3,300, or IRS plan limits.

NEW! You will have the option of rolling over a portion of the funds in your HCFSA from 2025 to 2026. The rollover amount is capped at 20% of the maximum IRS contribution, and you must enroll in the HCFSA for 2026. If you do not enroll in the HCFSA for 2026, any unused funds will be forfeited.

Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA)

If you have qualifying dependents, you can contribute any amount from $120 up to $7,500. This helps you pay for qualified childcare services (for example, day care) for children under the age of 13, or care for a disabled spouse or dependent of any age, which allows you (or, if you’re married, you and your spouse) to work. It’s important to consider your anticipated 2026 needs because you will forfeit any FSA funds that aren’t used to pay qualified dependent care expenses incurred during the year.

For information regarding eligible health care and dependent care expenses, visit the Flexible Spending Plan page, or visit the Phillips 66 Benefits Center.

ACTION REQUIRED: Your 2025 FSA elections will not carry over to 2026. You must enroll to participate.

Pension and Savings Plans

PENSION AND SAVINGS PLANS

Phillips 66 offers both a pension and a 401(k) savings plan to help you better prepare for retirement.

As an eligible Phillips 66 employee, you automatically participate in the company-paid pension benefit — the Phillips 66 Cash Balance Account. And you can add to your retirement savings — and earn company contributions — by participating in the Phillips 66 Savings Plan.

NOTE: Some long-term employees may accrue benefits under heritage plan provisions in lieu of the Cash Balance Account. For more details on a heritage plan benefit, visit the Phillips 66 Benefits Center

Cash Balance Account

Our company-paid pension benefit builds cash for your retirement. Once you are eligible, benefits accrue for service beginning on the first day of the month following your employment start date. Generally, you are fully vested in your benefits after three years of service. The Cash Balance Account is based on pay credits and interest credits that Phillips 66 applies each month.

Your actual monetary retirement benefit from this account is based on three factors: the total amount of credits in your account when you leave the company, your age when your benefit payments begin and the form of payment you elect.

Pay Credits

Pay credits are based on your age plus years of service with the company. Add your age and service points together to find your total points.

To view your pension balance or project your retirement income, visit the Phillips 66 Benefits Center.

To calculate the dollar amount that is credited to your account each month, multiply your monthly pay by your pay credit percentage.

Interest Credit

To help protect your account against inflation, an interest credit is also applied to your account each month. This credit is calculated by multiplying the value of your account by the interest credit rate. That rate is based on 30-year U.S. Treasury security rates and is adjusted on a quarterly basis.

To calculate your interest credit, the credit rate is multiplied by your account value at the prior month’s end.

401(k) Savings Plan

To further help you plan for the future, we offer the Phillips 66 Savings Plan, a 401(k) plan which includes potential tax savings and company matching contributions with a choice of investment options. The Phillips 66 Savings Plan is administered by Vanguard.

Vanguard offers helpful tools to help plan for retirement. Access them through the HR webpage.

NEW! Catch-up Contribution Changes

Catch-up contributions are allowed for Savings Plan participants aged 50 and older. The SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022 introduced several changes for defined contribution retirement plans, including changes to catch-up contributions. The Phillips 66 Savings Plan will be updated effective Jan. 1, 2026, with these catch-up contribution changes:

• Participants turning age 60-63 during the year can make “super” catch-up contributions totaling $11,250. This includes people who turn 60 during the year.

• Participants with FICA wages of more than $145,000 in the prior year must make the catch-up contributions on a Roth after-tax basis.

Plan Highlights

As a new hire, you were automatically enrolled in the Phillips 66 Savings Plan, through a convenient payroll deduction, at the default contribution rate of 8% of eligible pay before taxes. The enrollment process can take up to five business days. Once your account has been established, you can access it online or via My HR Tools Your contributions will be invested in the date-specific Vanguard Target Retirement Trust closest to the year you reach age 65.

• Your before-tax contribution percentage will be automatically increased by 1% each July, beginning the calendar year after your hire date until your contribution percentage reaches 10%, however, you can change this.

• Phillips 66 will contribute $1 to your account for every $1 you contribute each pay period, up to 8% of your eligible pay. The company’s matching contributions will be allocated according to your current investment allocation.

• You may contribute up to 75% percent of your eligible pay within IRS limits. You can increase, decrease or end your contributions at any time.

• Contributing at least 8% allows you to take full advantage of the company match.

• Contributions can be made on a before-tax, after-tax or Roth 401(k) basis (or any combination).

• You may invest in one or more of the plan’s investment funds and can change your investment allocations at any time.

• Your contributions and company matching contributions to the Phillips 66 Savings Plan immediately vest at 100%.
