Class of 2014 Celebration of Success PHASE 4 Learning Center, Inc. We are proud to honor two hundred and thirty nine (239) students who completed their high school coursework through PHASE 4 Learning Center statewide this year. Three Percent (3%) of those being honored have chosen to serve their country in the military, fifty-one percent (51%) have plans to attend college or post-secondary training, and forty-six percent (46%) are entering the job market.
