Placebo are heading out on a world tour to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the release of their platinum selling debut album ’Placebo’.

Cut Loose (Aspex) Ilse Black

Featuring spectacular touring exhibitions and visitors who are also able to enjoy rooms that reflect on Portsmouth music and the history of music at the Guildhall.

Visual artist Ilse Black was commissioned to produce a large-scale wall drawing for Aspex Guildhall. She said “When viewed with the 3D specs, the drawing transforms into a three dimensional spatial intervention”.
