The President's Desk 6 August 2022 O give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good; for his mercy endureth forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy. Ps. 107: 1, 2 NBC and the Bethesda Church welcomes Pastor Wilson Isnord who will conduct a two-week Campaign in the Hawksbill area beginning tomorrow night. Your presence and support is appreciated. The President's Desk 6 August 2022 A special thank you to Youth Ministries for the Grand Bahama Academy Initiative on this past August Monday holiday. The churches did an excellent job and we appreciate the team work. We agree that the event was a success. The next function can be on the October holiday. Commendations to Director, Pastor Peter Watson and his team of committed officers and workers. Pastor Clarke
Congratulations go out to Pastor Watson and the Sunrise Church for the baptism last Sabbath. If you or someone that you know would like to be baptized, please check with the Pastor or one of the Elders. We plan for monthly Baptisms. Prayer meeting is held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30. Take God with you everywhere you go and where you can’t take Him, don’t go. Be faithful to God in your tithes and offerings. You will yet walk on streets of gold. Thank you for your stewardship. The mission of the North Bahamas Conference is “To glorify God by proclaiming Jesus Christ to Abaco, Grand Bahama, Bimini and the Berry Islands. The vision is: “Every believer living in readiness for Christ’s return.” We will welcome Pastor Samuel Telemaque to NBC on September 1-4. He will meet with Departmental Directors on Thursday and Friday in person and online. There will be joint services on Sabbath, 3 September for the adults and also for the children. We appreciate your support as together we receive training for more effective ministry.
