The President's Desk 30 July 2022 “It is much harder to look down on the sin of others when you look up to Jesus who took your sin on the cross.” A warm and cordial welcome to everyone in worship of our great God and our Savior Jesus Christ. Welcome to all members, family, friends, our special guests of honor. Welcome to the house of the Lord on the Sabbath of the Lord. Pray for the Lord to equip and use you in evangelism and soul conservation. Pray to be an example of and an Ambassador for our Lord Jesus Christ. Once again we are in the hurricane season! The President's Desk 30 July 2022 In Jesus, we have the greatest joy, the sweetest peace and the highest Hope. It may be a different day but He is the same God. Be faithful to God in your tithes and offerings. You will yet walk on streets of gold. If you or someone that you know would like to be baptized, please check with the Pastor or one of the Elders. We plan for monthly Baptisms.

Prayer meeting is held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30. Former worker and Principal of Bahamas Academy, Dr. Ruth White passed away last week. Funeral service will be held on Sunday 31 July at 11 am. Take God with you everywhere you go and where you can’t take Him, don’t go. Be faithful to God in your tithes and offerings. You will yet walk on streets of gold. The mission of the North Bahamas Conference is “To glorify God by proclaiming Jesus Christ to Abaco, Grand Bahama, Bimini and the Berry Islands. All true obedience comes from the heart. It was heart work with Christ. And if we consent, He will so identify Himself with our thoughts and aims, so blend our hearts and minds into conformity to His will, that when obeying Him we shall be but carrying out our own impulses. The will, refined and sanctified, will find its highest delight in doing His service. When we know God as it is our privilege to know Him, our life will be a life of continual obedience. Through an appreciation of the character of Christ, through communion with God, sin will become hateful to us. Desire of Ages, p. 668

What's Happening People pray for increase and world peace, may crime cease, Yet everybody rest the word down to grab a nine piece, Cant you see that things are getting worse as the time creeps. As a look around today things are nothing like they used to be Everybody is running around just going to the own beat Just worrying about "me" forget walking in Jesus' feet What used to be a Christian nation is now a bunch of pagans playing church Forgetting the needy and the hurt Gay is in, straight is out And everyone seems to be taking the new route It's so painful to see my people living in doubt Seems as though you ain't living if you ain't sinning and Satan's right there grinning cuz it seems like he the loser Is winning Its like we're up in God's face slapping him Then wonder why when we pray there's nothing happening When all we have to do is change as look at him Don't care if I'm alone when he returns I pray I make it in But, for now I'll stay Closing rhymes like closed lines, And close lining closed minds, Closed blinds.
