Ingredients:

-1 glass of milk

ca. 10 strawberries

1 spoon of cane sugar

How to make it:

Firstly, you have to wash and peel the strawberries. Then, the cleaned strawberries should be put into the blender. In the next step, the milk should be poured into the blender as well. Then, you should add 1 spoon of cane sugar. (I don’t recommend adding more sugar for the health reasons.) In the last step all ingredients should be mixed. The milkshake is ready to drink right now. You will be positively surprised by the effect of your efforts. The drink is really delicious.

the beginning you must cut the pumpkin and red pepper and roast them in the oven in 1800C for 30 min. Then peel them. You must take pot and put into one tablespoon of butter and warm up the butter. Next peel carrots and parcley and fry in butter. Next add to the pot 2l of water and cook covered. After 15 min peel the potatoes and put it , pumpkin and red pepper into the pot. You should cook it for half an hour. Then you should take blender and mix the soup. You must season soup with salt, orange juice and chilli pepper. Serve the soup with tablespoon of mascarpone cheese and crountons which are made from fried slice of bread in butter and some pearl onion.

Things you need: A large pot, pasta machine ,colander, small pot for the sauce, knife, spoon

Instruction:

Mix the flour, eggs and olive oil. Form the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film. Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes than use past machine and roll out the dough sprinkled with flour, cut into strips (tagiatelle). Leave the pasta on the board. Meanwhile, peel and crumble garlic. Simmer it with tuna and anchovies fish for a few minutes on low heat. Put the pasta in a pot with salt water and boil it for 3 minutes. Mix the pasta and sauce. It can be served with parsley.

Health:

Home made pasta has no unnatural additives. Tuna is low in calories and healthy for the heart. Garlic inhibits bacterial growth and tastes great.

Homemade porridge is our favorite summer breakfast. Delicious porridge with seasonal fruit prepared on natural yogurt is not only beautiful, but also very healthy. It's a filling ... almost perfect meal.

The porridge preparation time is about seven minutes!

Ingredients:

a glass of oat flakes - 120 g

2 cups of water 500 ml a teaspoon of sugar half a cup of natural yogurt - 160g Extras: any fruit in any quantity

Preparation:

1 Put a glass of oatmeal in a saucepan or small pot. Pour corn with two glasses of water and place on the burner at medium power. You can immediately add a teaspoon of sugar, honey or other malt.

2 The flakes should slowly swell and absorb water as the temperature rises. Mix the flakes several times and after five minutes from placing them in a pot of water make sure they are soft enough. The flakes will be ready after 7 minutes at the most. Add half a glass of natural yoghurt to the finished flakes.

3 Stir the whole thing thoroughly. I sometimes add a small pinch of

salt to oatmeal at this stage. Such a small amount of salt sharpens the taste of porridge. It's worth a try.

4 Now all you have to do is put porridge on the plates. And put your favorite fruit on porridge. In winter, I recommend using canned fruit or homemade jams, or pieces of pear, apple and banana. In summer it can be: cherries, raspberries, apricots, berries, blueberries, strawberries, nectarines. .

Veg meatballs with chickpeas :)

You need:

400 grams of chickpeas

three carrots onion

two cloves of garlic half a can of canned corn two handfuls of frozen peas two tablespoons of wheat flour a tablespoon of ground sweet pepper a teaspoon of herb pepper, salt, oil.

Do it: soak chickpeas for 12 hours, then cook until tender. There should be a minimum amount of water, only cover the grain. Mix the chickpeas with a little water in which they are ready (about half a glass). Set aside to cool, add flour, mix thoroughly, then combine with grated carrots, finely chopped onion and garlic, peas, corn and spices and about 2 tablespoons of oil. Set aside in the fridge for the mass to cool, then form small meatballs.

Baked the balls for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees with hot air. We served like in a restaurant with a sauce of tomatoes short fried with onion and porridge. You can eat them with potatoes or chips as you like :)

Ingredients: Rice for Risotto 100g

1 Carrot

1 Red Pepper

1 Onion

1 zucchini

Vegetable Broth 1l Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese grated Oil

Spoon of butter

First we cut the zucchini and peppers into cubes, and the onion into strips. Then we warm up the pans, while the pan is warming up, we add water and red pepper and zucchini in the pan. During this we grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Stewe for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime we heat the oil in the second pan. Add the onion to the previously added vegetables for the first pan. Then we add rice to the first pan. Fry for a while and then water the glass of broth, stirring ocasionally. Watch the broth, when it evaporates, we add another glass. We do this until the rice is soft. After 7 minutes we add a spoon of butter and mix it. Wait 3 minutes and put on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.

PREPARATION: 1. Cook pasta according to the recipe on the package.

2. Put avocado, spinach, Greek yoghurt, squeezed garlic, lemon juice and spices into the mixer.

3. Mix everything. Next, add half a glass of water and mix again, this time into a smooth mass.

4. In the meantime, warm up the pan and put some olive oil there. Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season with salt and

pepper, and then fry. 5. Put cooked pasta on the plate, add chicken and pour the sauce over it. Mix thoroughly and decorate with sliced cherry tomatoes and basil.

POSITIVE EFFECT OF HEALTHY FOOD

This dinner has everything an active person needs – healthy fats in the form of avocados, a source of good protein from chicken breast, and carbohydrates included in pasta. PASTA WITH GRANITA AUBERGINES

INTRODUCTION
with granita aubergines is a typical italian healthy dish, made from homemade pasta and aubergines.
INGREDIENTS  500 grams of zero flour.  330 dl of water.  Salt.  Oil.  Aubergines.  A bowl.
STEP 1 Put the zero flour in the browl, mix and add the salt.
STEP 2 Put the water in the mixture and mix until it is solid

out with a

First, you have to chop the meat, potatoes and garlic. After you're done chopping put everything in a large bowl, with 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, dill, salt and pepper. Then mix everything the mixture becomes homogeneous.

From the resulting mixture they form medium sized balls. Then pass them through the flour and fry them in oil.

You need:  a garlic  tomato paste  parsley  flour (30g)  3 onions  salt/tender (to taste)  pepper (to taste)
