We can find it in apples, papaya, carrots, coloured vegetables.
Vitamin A is important for our eyes, bones and skin.
We can find it in beans, peas, mushrooms, bananas, nuts etc. .
It helps us stay healthy in general.
Vitamin B complex is important to our brain, our internal organs.
Vitamin C is important for our immune system to have a good resistance to infections.
We can find it in citrics and tomatoes, green vegetables like spinach, parseley, pepper.
It is also called ascorbic acid.
Vitamin E is important to have a good metabolism and it’s stimulates our immune system.
We can find it in nuts and almonds, mango, grapes, peppers, green vegetables, olives.
Vitamin K is important to our blood and to have a healthy bone tissues. We can find it in blueberries, wildberries, plums, cherries.
