Erasmus- WE ARE WHAT WE EAT


Day 1 - breakfast Smoothie with raisins is an ideal snack for me – it’s light healthy and delicious. Yet, it seems better for supper.


Day 1 – dinner Tortilla with meat and vegetables is a quick and tasty dish.


Day 1- supper Salad is good for supper. My stomach was full but not heavy. I felt great.


Day 2 - breakfast Pancakes may be served with many dressings. It always gives me a lot of energy.


Day 2- dinner Dumplings traditional Polish dish, which I love! I always eat too many of them. I feel overloaded but still great.


Day 2 - supper Fruit- my favourite source of vitamins. My favourite are strawberries and bananas.


Day 3- breakfast Pancakes again. This time with fruit and chocolate. A bit too sweet but it gave me a lot of power for the whole day.


Day 3 - dinner Pasta- with tomato sauce , meat, tomatoes pepper and onion. Yummy! But not good for people an a diet.


Day 3 - supper Chocolate cake- a small piece, of course.


Day 4 - breakfast Semolina with jam is another option for breakfast. Nutritious but not fattening.


Day 4- dinner Chicken with cheese salad and potatoes is a good dish from time to time.


Day 4- supper Cereal with a mixture of fruit is good for supper- fillsyour stomach, yet there are few calories . I feel light.


Day 5 - breakfast Semolina with chocolate butter and fruit – not so good but I like it from time to time.


Day 5 - dinner

Caurgette filled with mushrooms, cheese and meat is very filling dish. I liked it, but then I just had to rest.


Day 5 - supper Not healthy this time- Mcdonald’s.I love it, but. I eat fast food only from time to time. Fast food is fattening and unhealthy, yet … it’s yummy !


Day 6 - breakfast Apple pie- delicious! Nothing to add!


Day 6 – dinner Traditional Polish dish – chicken cutlet, potatoes,cucumber. Such filling dishes make me feel lazy and I need to relax.


Day 6 - supper Chicken strips with chips, fried in deep oil. Straight from food trucks. I had a terrible headache afterwards.


Day 7 - breakfast Pancakes with yoghurt, Yummy!


Day 7- dinner Pasta with meat, tomatoes and onion. My favourite dish! I love it.


Day 7 - supper I wasn’t hungry, I ate watermelon,
