BREAKFAST • Today I had banana pancakes, which were healthy because they were made with rice flour, which contains lots of minerals. • I felt good after this meal and I had a positive feeling.


BRUNCH • I drank a beetroot and apple smoothie today, which was healthy because it contained a lot of vitamin C and zinc. • I felt good after this meal and I had a positive feeling.


DINNER • Today I had chicken curry in coconut milk with rice, which was healthy because it contained vitamins. • I felt heavy after that meal and I had a negative feeling.


TEA • Today I ate grape jelly, which was unhealthy because it contained a lot of sugars and colourings. • I felt good after this meal and I had a positive feeling.


SUPPER • I had a tart with cream cheese sauce and peas today, which was healthy because it contained vitamin K and fibre. • I felt heavy after that meal and I had a negative feeling.


SLEEP • I didn’t wake up in my sleep. • I felt good. • I felt rested in the morning.

DAY 2


BREAKFAST • Today I had oatmeal with fruits and sugar-free chocolate balls, which was healthy because it contained a lot of minerals and vitamins and was sugar-free. • I felt good after this meal.


BRUNCH • I ate dried cranberries today, which were healthy because they contain a lot of vitamins and magnesium. • I felt good after this meal.


DINNER • I had salmon today with SOBA pasta with sesame seeds, which was healthy as it contained a lot of protein. • I felt good after this meal.


TEA • I drank a home-made sugar-free orange and banana smoothie today, which was healthy because it contained lots of potassium and vitamins. • I felt good after this meal.


SUPPER • I had a vegan burger today made from lentils, pumpkin and millet groats, which was healthy as it contained potassium, calcium and magnesium. • I felt heavy after that meal, but it was delicious.


SLEEP • While I was sleeping, I woke up. • I felt a bit bad. • I felt unrested in the morning.

DAY 3


BREAKFAST • Today I had homemade puff pastry yeast cakes, which were healthy because I added erythrol and fruit. • I felt good after this meal.


BRUNCH • Today I had home-made ice- cream made just from strawberries with no added sugar. It was healthy because it contained a lot of vitamin C. • I felt good after this meal.


DINNER • I ate gluten-free pasta with spinach, tuna, tomato and mozzarella today, which was healthy because it had lots of vitamin C. • I felt good after this meal.


TEA • Today I ate envelopes with apple and coconut sugar, which were unhealthy because they were fattening and contained fat. • I felt heavy after that meal.


SUPPER • Today I had a salad with croutons, feta, olives and bacon, which was healthy as it contained lots of nutrients and vitamins. • I felt good after this meal.


SLEEP • While I was sleeping, I woke up. • I felt good. • I felt unrested in the morning.

DAY 4


BREAKFAST • Today I had tomato and mozzarella sandwiches on wholemeal bread, which were healthy because they contained a lot of fibre. • I felt heavy after that meal.


BRUNCH • Today I drank a juice made from apples, carrots and pears, which was healthy because it contained vitamins A, C, E and fibre. • I felt good after this meal and I had a positive feeling.


DINNER • I had salmon with rice and rocket today, which was healthy as it contained iodine and minerals. • I felt heavy after that meal, but it was tasty.


TEA • I ate a dried orange today, which was healthy because it contained a lot of vitamin C and B. • I felt good after this meal and I had a positive feeling.


SUPPER • I had yellow courgette pizzerini with tofu in herbs today, which were healthy because they contained potassium and magnesium. • I felt heavy after that meal, but it was tasty.


SLEEP • I didn’t wake up during my sleep. • I felt heavy. • I felt unrested in the morning.

BRUNCH • I ate dried apricots today, which were healthy because they contained a vitamin B complex. • I had also sugar-free carrot cake waffles, which were healthy because they contained a lot of viatmin A. • I felt good after this meal.


DINNER • Today I had spinach pancakes on rice flour with beans, cheese and salmon, which were healthy because they contained iodine and minerals. • I enjoyed that meal and felt good after eating it.

DINNER • Today I had pasta with tuna and a cream sauce which was healthy because it contained omega-3 vitamins and protein. • I felt heavy after that meal, but it was yummy.


TEA • Today I had a dessert with banana, jelly and yoghurt mousse and fruits, which was healthy because it contained a lot of potassium and magnesium. • I felt good after this meal.


SUPPER • I had scrambled egg sandwiches with chives on wholemeal bread today, which were healthy as they were high in protein and phosphorus. • I felt good after this meal and I had a positive feeling.

BREAKFAST • Today I had sandwiches with salad, tomato and fish paste on wholemeal bread, which were healthy because they contained a lot of vitamins and no butter. • I felt good after this meal.


BRUNCH • Today I drank a home-made smoothie of orange, banana and strawberries, which was healthy as it contained a lot of vitamins and minerals. • I felt good after this meal and I enjoyed it.


DINNER • Today I had broccoli cream with tuna and leek croquettes, which was healthy because it contained vitamin C and anti-cancer properties. • I felt heavy after that meal and I had a negative feeling.


TEA • Today I had corn, mushroom and pepper pancakes, which were healthy because they contained a lot of fibre and vitamin B complex. • I felt heavy after that meal, I didn’t like it.


SUPPER • Today I had cream of chanterelle mushrooms with toast and roasted almonds, which was healthy because it contained iron and vitamin D2. • I felt good after this meal.
