Currently serving as the Managing Director of All Pest & Hygiene Solutions, her journey is a testament to her hard work, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.

Dostana embarked on her professional career as a sales representative for Amalgamated Pest Control in Fiji. This early experience allowed her to familiarise herself with the industry and understand the intricacies of pest control services. For five years, Dostana tirelessly worked in sales, honing her skills in building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting pest control solutions effectively.

Her dedication and outstanding performance did not go unnoticed. Recognising her potential, Dostana was promoted to the position of Sales Executive. This achievement served as a steppingstone towards greater responsibilities and opportunities. Her exceptional abilities led her to join WG Genera as the Manager of West Operations, where she effectively oversaw the sales division. Notably, she also took on the role of a pest control technician when needed, demonstrating her hands-on expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
