This position enabled her to grasp a broader understanding of the company's financial landscape and develop a strategic mindset essential for her future endeavours.

Today, Radhika stands tall as the General Manager of Operations and is entrusted with the responsibility of managing the business in the absence of its owners. Under her adept guidance, the company thrives, its wheels turning smoothly as she oversees 38 staff members at a single branch. With her unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership, Radhika ensures the day-to-day operations run seamlessly, leaving no room for inefficiencies.
