This installation is created by using many materials sush as moss,paper, nail, fish tape, cement. This installation is not only an experiment of using different materials, it's also an expression of different types humans' feeelings. When I was a kid I was struggling with this symptom, I focused too much on other people's attitudes that I didn't even have basic feelings like the instinctive joy of satisfying hunger. I could not express emotionally.

I had a really hard time sharing my emotions, even if I wanted to share with other people I could not because I didn't feel anything. I lied a lot to other people when I was a kid, not because I wanted to attract other adults attention, Also make myself delightful.

Concept:

I creative a mind map before I started the Art installation. I list what different types of emotions, what's those emotions could bring to us and what affection those feelings could impact us. Then I start using small cude to describe those feelings.

The feeling of peace always relate me about the peace of nature so I put mosses into the cube and put some water to make mosses fresh.

04. Angry 05. Surprise

Anxiety always reminds me of the feelings that could break people apart. It's the most feeling I think that could impact people, so I used the crackes to represent those terrible feelings

Surprise is quite hard to describe in the beginning. I'm always trying to find a solution to describe this feeling. Then I came up with the seeds because you'll never know what will grown if you just pick up random seeds.

Concept:

This sculpture is created using the toothpick ,glue and paper mache ,This sculpture is made by three small frame and combine together .The way that small frame to big sculpture is represent the way that we growing up and the paper mache on the big sculpture represent while we growing up the more responsibility you will carry This model is inspired by the muting mountain. When the weather gets hot, the ice on the mountain will muting and the rocks will show up so that relates to me about the responsibility that we have to carry after we grow up.

Concept:

This model is made of Acrylic board ,plants.wood,Cork board plastic white board.The light is a lava lamp played by an electronic device. This model is built as a community center that includes a gallery ,relaxing place ;ike dancing area or place where people could have some food ,also a special space that could put any student works ,The shapes are inspired by Mondrain and Lissitzky. So before doing this project I also transferred Mondrian and Lissitzky to real models.

Concept: This model is made of wood and acrylic board,plastic,iron wire,plastic grass .I used those materials to transfer to this model but I'm also trying to turn this into an actual functional building. For example I translate the black rectangle to a wood balcony and red thin line to a rail.

Concept: This square model is only made by different colors acrylic board to represent of different color square in this paint in the left, Also, I used two sides to make the paint look like this by using different height levels of the board.

Concept:

Since this building is more community center I considering the space using like the people movement in this area ,air flows and also the quick sketch of how building looks like ,and the different types of space using and different material in this building

REBUILD PERSPECTIVE

August,2022.(Deconstructing and reorganizing the image of the city from the perspective of urban waste)

Concept: My concept grew from the trash that I see everyday. Garbage and trash can be an important factor in representing a place. So I started collecting garbage from the place where I lived everyday. I took photos of each item and then drew those. Then I attempted to organise the garabage into similarly shaped I started with a basic cuboid form for each structure to harmonize the buildings and then added the refined shapes from my garbage studies. I named each building separately with a different code on the right:

Concept: This ideal is coming from trashes that we see everyday. When I want to conclude which place I always feel garbage is the most significant thing that could represent a place. So I started collecting garbage from the place where I lived everyday ,taking photos of each thing and drawing those shapes. Next I try to combine their shapes and sum them up as buildings but they all have the same base rectangle，Also l named them with defferent codes.

Red is because the most garbage that picked in that area is red and also the community in that place is not really under control so I pick red as the building's

Brown is because that area doesn't really have that many trees and most of

Green is the color of neutral. That area is full of trees and grass and even the air is fresher than other areas so I picked green to

Blue is because that area is near the sea and that is the color that represents the think Cyan could perfectly represent the future.

Those two render graphs show how those buildings are located in different locations. Right one is old Vancouver and the left one is modern Vancouver, because I think whatever in which times there's always has garbage that existed and as long as it existed it always will be the sign that could represent -s city's culture by its different functions, colors, and shapes.

Concept:

This model is made of wood board, iron wire, leaf, cement, gesso and woven wire steel. In order to connect this idea about urging people to recycle construction waste, I used the different layers of this installation, from the most basic and messy cement to the complete building. As I walked down the street, I noticed old building remnants and construction buildings, those exposed steel bars and concrete blocks scattered all over the place.

Concept:

I also used my model and the idea of a pinata as the starting point. I used the pinata as a complete building and used the artificial destruction of the first level in the later stage to express the waste products of urban buildings. I also used the materials scattered throughout the pinata to create my existing model, using cement to gesso and various paint and water ratios to give the pinata a concept of time.
