Daneben wurden glaskugelgestrahlte Edelstahlbleche verwendet. Insgesamt 17 verschiedene Glastypen wurden eingesetzt aus 2fach Isolierglas und 2fach VSG, teilweise mit geätzter Oberfläche und Kapillarmatten im Scheibenzwischenraum. Diese Kapillarmatten sorgen für eine diffuse Lichtwirkung, so dass die Scheiben von weitem milchig erscheinen und eine klare Durchsicht verhindern. Das gekrümmte Wallace Dance Building and Theater hat eine Gebäudehülle aus Beton und Naturstein mit einem 334 m2 großen black-box Theater aus einer Stahlstruktur und einem 334 m2 großen Tanztheater aus Aluminium und Holz. Daneben bietet es mehrere Studios für Proben. Sein Design mit transparenten, transluzenten und opaken Materialien eröffnet Einblicke in das, was innen geschieht und lässt das Gebäude nachts bei Kunstlicht erleuchten. Das „Theatre and Drum Building“ wurde mit verschiedensten Stahl- und Glasfassaden verkleidet, die eine Gesamtfläche von 1.117 m2 umfassen mit einem Stahlgesamtgewicht von 50,5 t. Darunter sind Größen von 5 bis 350 m2. Der Black-Wall-Bereich am Wallace Theater Building erhielt Fassaden mit einer Länge von 20,4 m, einer Höhe von 3,3 m bis 5,6 m und einem Stahlgewicht von 3,3 t. Standardabmessungen betragen 2,3 m x 3,3 m mit 2fach VSG Scheiben, die auf der Außenseite vollflächig geätzt sind. Das 32 m2 große elliptische Skylight ist in vier 4,2 m x 1,9 m großen Scheiben aus Isolierverglasung unterteilt, die auf der Innenseite vollflächig geätzt sind.

Furthermore, bead blasted stainless steel sheets have been used. In total, 17 different glass types have been produced made of double insulating glass and double laminated safety glass, partly with acidetched surface and capillary infills in the cavity between the glass panes. These capillary infills provide a diffuse light effect, with a milky effect preventing clear visibility into the rooms. The cylindrical Wallace Dance Building and Theater has a building shell made of concrete and natural stone with a black-box theatre of 334 sqm in size comprised of steel and a dance theatre made of aluminium and wood. Additionally, there are different rehearsal studios and practice. The transparent, translucent and opaque materials and the sophisticated design convey an idea of what happens inside the building and create an artificial illumination at night. The theatre and drum building has been clad with a number of different steel and glass façades comprising a total surface of 1,117 sqm with a total steel weight of 50.5 t varying in size from 5 to 350 sqm. The Black-Wall of the Wallace Theater Building was clad with façades of 20.4 m in length, 3.3 to 5.6 m in height and a total steel weight of 3.3 t. Standard dimensions are 2.3 m x 3.3 m with double insulating glass panes with full-surface acid etching at the outside. The elliptic skylight (32 sqm) is divided into four insulating glass panes of 4.2 m x 1.9 m in size, with full-surface acid etching at the inside.
