Design & Engineering We are widely acknowledged for our unique capability to translate the most innovative architectural concepts into practical solutions that are feasible in both technical and economic terms. We are increasingly chosen to assist leading architects in designing buildings façades from the very early stages all the way to successful completion. 25% of our employees are expert in the design & engineering field. Mockup / Test Rig around the world Because so much of our work is custom, testing and prototyping is in our DNA. We create visual mockups to assess aesthetics and fit, and performance mockups to test the harshest environmental conditions. Curtain wall performance tests are carried out around the world in compliance with our clients’ specifications, along with across-the-board internal tests to support innovative design solutions. We also have a dedicated program of testing new materials and processes through our Innovation & Technology department. Hence, it guarantees workers’ basic rights in compliance with the current laws of countries where the Group operates, as well as with agreements with third parties and based on International Labour Organization requirements.
